ANNYEONG!!! Not sure if I spelled that right... any who, new to K-Pop and I have seriously been missing been missing out on LIFE! I have never felt more passionate about something in my life than K-Pop. My mom thought this was going to be a phase.. um, no.Music is forever and kpop is life. (I am going to write KP from now on because my laziness takes over at the most inconvienient times =_=.) When I first heard KP, it was Psy's Gangnam Style. Now mind you I did NOT understand what he was saying or who the hell he was. All my ears heard was a wierd sounding man speaking in tounges? over dance music. To say the least, the song gave me a headache and to make it worse, my friends were singing along like they knew what the f**k they were saying and dancing like they had crabs (both kinds) in their pants.

I truly hated Gangnam Style because I did not understand the song or what the hell he was saying. A complete 180 change to where I am now. Now I'm hurting myself because apparently screaming at your bias to stop ruining your life messes up your throat and your friends look at you crazy when you start singing about the devil (~Her whisper is the Lucifer~) What does that mean by the way? Anyway, your life changes once you get into KP. You either become more accepting of others and different culture or bat-s**t crazy. (I think I'm a little bit of both)

I learned to accept things in KP and understand the way of thinking in their culture. Elders are highly respected and admired. Dongsaengs are supported and taken care of. The culture is loving however it has its downside. Their is a little discrimination of people with darker skin color. They could be one shade darker than the rest and it is immediatly a big deal. For example, Kai of EXO, N of VIXX, etc. Although they do not seem to show it, such comments are hurtful. What if someone of my color, a African-American, went to Korea. A good example is an episode of Happy Counselor where a particularly dark black man went to Korean to attend 'Korea Sings' and his experience with colorism ( discrimination against people of a certain color). Starts around 5:13 from the beginning: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=afWfsXCnkc4

Finally. The thing that irks me the most in KP is the fan wars and saesangs. First of all HAVE A SEAT! Have several seats, have the Wrigley Stadium seats while you're at it. What is the problem with fans who decide to start mess on a comment section saying a group is stupid or terrible. How great is your group since you feel insecure enough to go on a another idol groups page and start s**t. Stay. In. Your. Lane. Worry about yourself and your group and if someone decides to post an unneeded opinion, you can defend them but don't get nasty. I don't particularly like A-Pink or SNSD (although I have 'Gee' on my phone) but do you see me starting s**t on their page.

(UGH! This thing was longer than I thought) Now on to saesangs. You guys know who you are. I only have four words: CALM. DA. FUQ. DOWN. How are you people created? With crazy, mixed with lunatic and a pinch of psychotic. Do you know the you do is reflective of KP and your fanbase. And this is not just EXOTICS (Not ALL Exotics are bad, majority make the fanbase look bad), fans from all different fandoms need to reflect on themselves and get serious help. Stay home, help your mother up the stairs, learn how to stop being a crazy-a$$ person. Anything other than terrorizing your bias or the people they hang around. Lets just all come together and be calm, happy people knowing we have amazing people out there making amazing music while looking... AMAZING!

Tis the end of a very long tale (More like an essay. I couldn't do this for school but look at me now. smh) from,
