I hate EVERYTHING about myself and that will NEVER change. 

 

 

Nobody will ever see me cry. Not because I don't cry. But because I am terrified to see myself cry. But yet sadly behind closed doors, I cry rivers. 
 

I will respect people's beliefs but don't try and force it onto me. 
 

 

Yes, I push people away a lot. Not because I don't like them. But because I don't like myself. 

 

I am O.C.D. and it tends to bother people. 
 

I have ruined my life in so many ways it's almost unimaginable. I ruined my final chance with an aquaintance of mine by telling some people some things about her that I shouldn't have.. Ever since then I haven't been able to see straight. I was /am so ashamed of myself... If anything, I want it all gone. So I don't have to put up with it... and neither will anyone else... 
 

 

I don't like getting close to people so don't try too hard. And I really am not that sure of myself so just be careful. I disappoint most people. 

 

If you want to get to know me, ask questions. Don't assume I'm just going to tell you. And don't assume I'm going to tell you everything.

I won't admit it directly, but I do miss you. I do care. I still have dreams about you. And you are still, and always will be everything to me. Because some things really don't change. A Cherokee Tale 
An old Cherokee man is telling his grandson about a fight that is going on inside himself, 
One is evil: Anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, 
inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego. 
The other is good: Joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, 
generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. 
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asks his grandfather, "Which wolf wins?"

The lady in that to-die-for baby pink chiffon scarf who passed you in the street might have just been turned away from her last job interview for the third consecutive day. The well-dressed, smart-looking man dressed in a suit carrying his briefcase to work could be battling cancer. That rich-looking lady in the limousine that you’re really envious of, who just drove past, might be really upset because she just heard the news that her husband’s passed away in a car crash. Or maybe that grungy teen on the corner of the street is just this close to having a break down because she thinks she might be pregnant and her boyfriend is nowhere to be found. And how about that middle-aged lady who looked so kind, maybe she’s actually got no money on her to buy her dog some food and pay the hospital bills for her sick daughter? So smile at a stranger, tell a girl she’s beautiful, don’t be mean because you never know if you might just provide them with their final reason to promptly expire later that night at home."

Dear Me, 

All you ever wanted was peace and love in the world but the more you wanted it the less there was. Maybe it's a hint to not want things anymore. The day you found someone you really truly loved, was the end of the beginning because you screwed it up like everything else. 
I guess all I'm really saying is that you should stop talking, stop wanting, and you should JUST STOP BREATHING. But it seems that no matter what you screw up you manage to come out okay for the most part. And when things don't turn out right in the end you still act like it did.. 
But sometimes you blame yourself for the things that you didn't do. And you blame yourself for it for the rest of your precious life. Sometimes I wish you would just take it easy on yourself instead of always feeling guilty and like you have to make things up to everyone. 
I just wish that sometimes you could see yourself from the outside. So you could see what everyone else sees. Good or bad. You don't always have to prove yourself. It can be a huge waste of time. 
If someone else is unhappy you do everything you can to help. But sometimes the words you say don't come out right. And you feel bad afterwards for speaking the truth and hurting someone temporarily. Even though those harsh words might save a life.. 
...I wish you could just see who you really are. Not what everyone wants and expects you to be. Or says you are.
