She was someone who would draw people in with her eyes. She was good at hiding her true feelings and her horrible past, but her eyes always gave her away. Yet very few knew about her truthfully. In fact, no one really knew about her. Who really is Lee Suji?
Suji is the type to be straight forward and to the point, and once she makes a decision she stands her ground. Although she can be clingy to people, it's only because she cares. When she lost a family member, she would closely care for others. Sometimes she blames the death upon herself because she believes she wasn't being caring enough. Suji would always put trust in others too easily, but only because she would have no one else to put trust in after her mother had left.
She's a carefree, yet hardworking type of woman, always balancing out work and school. When you first talk to her, she's the type who is quiet and shy, which  is true, but once you get to know her personally, she's actually quite talkative and sweeter than she seems.

Lee Suji, known to Halla to her close friends, was born alike to most people; a father and mother by her side in a normal, basic household in the countryside. Yet, she couldn't be more thankful and happy with her simple life. Halla was more than proud of herself for being able to make a living, which was all thanks to her job at a local café near her house. It was a small, rundown, but she was able to bring it back to life. Words couldn't describe the amount of effort, amount of dedication, it took her to learn the various coffee beans and how to create such delicious creations. She didn't know when or how her love for coffee came to be, but I guess you can say it was meant to be.
Like everyone, all things come to an end. Her mother was diagnosed with stage three cancer when Suji was entering her last year of high school. Being the only child, she was devestated. Yet, Suji knew that all things have their ends, even if it pains her. At the same time, her father began to work more in order to support the now family of two. Suji had no choice, but to leave her life behind in order to help her father.
Suji soon found herself living in a decent apartment by the beach, something that she had always wanted. It was always her dream to own a place to herself with a picture-perfect scenery. Thanks to her good grades back in high school, she was able to earn her way into a good university near her apartment. Along with being a barista at a café by the shore, she became a student majoring in journalism. Suji always wanted to document her life through writing and whenever she had downtime while working, she wrote down in her journal.
In the future, she hopes that she'll be able to continue working around the beans and drinks she loves the most, whilst becoming a writer who shares her own stories through words.
