About Me

Let's take a walk down the unforgettable memory lane.

Ji Yong was born on the 18th of August in the year 1988 to the Kwon family. But instantly neglected and tossed aside by his parents.  They didn't want a child, a child would only burden them. But, with no one else to give the child to; they had no choice but to somewhat take care of him. When he was old enough to walk, they threw him out, for hours until they felt like it was time for him to come back inside.

Little Ji grew up near a park, so whenever his parents tossed him outside, he would go to the park and sit on a bench and watch the other kids have fun either with the other kids or their parents. He would sit patiently and wait for someone to invite him over to play.

But it never happened

Since he was still too young to understand; He took his parents neglect and abuse for good parenting. He loved his parents; even if they didn't love him.

Until one day.

On Little Ji's 4th birthday; his parents agreed to take him somewhere special for his birthday. Needless to say he was ecstatic. To get to spend time with his parents. It was raining on that day, as they drove through Seoul. Ji was happy as could be and watched the rain fall before pointing it out to his parents, who became distracted from watching the road and were then T-boned from the drivers side. Next thing he remembers was waking up upside down in the car, surrounded by blood. He survived; but his parents weren't so lucky.

Now, every time it rains;

he constantly reminded of the accident

that he blamed himself for,

only to find it wasn't his fault.

After that tragic accident; he was taken to the local orphanage, but he didn't even last a day. After being bullied from the moment he walked in, he snuck out and ran away.

But he had no where to go;

No one to turn to.

Knowing the leaders of the orphanage were looking for him, he stayed in the alleys by bars in the dark. Since it was August it was starting to cool down and he didn't have anything but the clothes on his back to keep him warm. He was about to run out of the alley when he ran into a man. Not just any man, one of the biggest gang leaders of that time. He saw a great potential in the small boy, saw that there a fire behind the small brown orbs. He took him  into the gang, fed him, gave him housing and began to train him in the ways of the gang life.

But little Ji didn't know what he was in for.

Or what it meant when you joined a gang.

The first year, wasn't anything too bad, just hardcore training from what he could remember. He had already gained a few battle scars, but he learned not to show emotions and become cold. He learned to pick pocket, rob, steal, anything to get what he wanted and he soon became the best. He left the gang one night and joined another when he was 6; he had made a couple of friends, but kept mostly to himself. But he leader wasn't happy with his methods of getting things and soon kicked him out for being too much of a 'problem'.

Probably the only leader that would let him go freely.

As the years past and he grew; his leaders saw.../other/ potential for the boy. Most of his leaders he had would end up using him to test new drugs or see the effect on the human body;

this is how his addiction began.

Night after night after night; his leaders would use him, testing the drugs, getting him high enough to feel anything then take advantage of him. He would always wake up the next day with no memory of what happened the night before; only wake up on [or sometimes in] the bed with the leader.

Growing tired of being constantly used as a play thing or a test subject, he told one of his leaders he wanted out. They didn't like that very much, and punished him. The leader slash him so badly on his back, it left a pernament disablity. It goes from his left shoulder down to his right hip bone. If that wasn't enough; the same leader slashed his left arm, causing the same problem, even if he's already lost some movement and feeling in his arm.

Years passed. He became colder and more ruthless as he got older. He gained more scars over his body, but it only made him stronger and colder. After being in the gangs for several years in Korea; one of his leaders had a trade off for a few in Japan, and sent Ji Yong over to train under the most feared Yakuza leader of that time. But that didn't scare him; he was used to worse.
