I was mentored by a wise soul and a cruel heart. I don't think there was ever any tough love, or any love to begin with. But that is what molded me into the man you see today. I can be your friend if that's what you need. But let's get this clear, I am not your friend. I am here to guide you and lead you. Mold you, and point you down the right path. I am your dean, remember that first and foremost.

Don't give me any nickname, and if you do, don't call me by the name to my face. You will address me as Dean Byun, Mr. Byun, Byun-ssi, Byun songseangnim, Mr. Dean, Dean Songseangnim, Songseangnim-ssi or anything that shows your respect and my power. Power hungry? Maybe. Do not call my by my first name unless I give you permission to do so. Which will never happen. Do not call me Bacon, Baek, Hyunnie or anything of the sort, or you will get pink slipped. Understood?

If you PM me, understand that you are either knocking on my office door, or my apartment door (only if you're staff or the headmaster can you knock on my apartment door.) that's the only reason we should be speaking private on my account. Unless it has to do with your academics or you getting in trouble (which I hope this isn't the case), we will be talking on my wall.

Another thing, think twice before hitting on me. No. Thing twice, a third time, then rethink the entire thought. Because if you're a student and you're openly flirting with me, you will get ignored. If you take it too far, you will get pink slipped. Staff... well, if you want to flirt with me, be mindful that you may lose your job by doing so. Okay?
