We all know SM is a horrible company. It's not the EXO boys fault. If Kris isn't happy with SM, he has the right to leave. It's just like the thing with Hangeng from Super Junior. It's crap, but as Kris' fans, we should support him. Supporting him would be letting him go and not telling him to stay. If you really love Kris, you'd want him to be happy. Let him leave and don't be selfish EXOtics, guys. It's his choice to leave.

I don't think the IG updates from Tao and Chanyeol are from SMEnt's media play.. Suho's OSEN interview looks like it, but not the IG updates... they are upset, and Tao being Tao, it'd be weird if he didn't spoke up. I study communication (focusing on media and crisis management, and interpersonal communication anyway) so I can quite analyze this one. I never thought what I studied would be helpful until today lol
anyway, I think what is off is the timing, like what some said, it's only few days? weeks? before their first concert... and like what Tao said, it IS tiring to repractice everything with new formations they have to learn just in short time....

If my baby is not happy with the company I rather him work with someone else. Its his life and I hate to see him suffer for years to make his fans happy. I am not surprise that he would speak out if he is being mistreated. Im just surprise that this is happening this quick.

There's too much history AGAINST SM. We have to understand that filing a lawsuit is not a rash action. It takes money, time, and gambles on the future. If Kris' reason is overwork and unfair treatment (which is most likely the case), then SM has no excuse. Just the slightest rebellion from an artist is enough to prove that something is wrong, terribly wrong. So I want SM to give a good reason why so many artists are going so far as to take legal actions against them. SM, we want to hear you out.

I don't think SM should be blamed too much though (PLEASE DONT KILL ME). Right now I have absolutely no idea on how I can verify any information which is why I am being on neutral ground. Kris could be overworked, but how come anyone else isn't really complaining? But if SM didn't go overboard, why would Kris be filing the lawsuit? Artists should know what they are getting themselves into, especially after TVXQ and Hangeng. SM is just ensuring that EXO is earning as much as they can while they are still famous because face it, new groups will continue to debut and they will never know how long EXO's popularity will last. But then that's how I see it and I believe Fanfan won't do such a thing had he not had the last straw. So there, I just don't want to further put myself in more stress and add fuel to the fire. Who knows, Kris might be reading these posts right now and he might feel so hurt. Members of EXO might be doing and feeling the same thing, don't you think?

Saw an article that SM has been leeching of kris it seems, would explain his reaction of filling a lawsuit against SM. He needs to save himself, to say it bluntly. He's probably not happy with how SM is treating him (and could it be the others as well??) So he's acting quickly.
Escaping out of the claws of SM is hard an tough and might take long... but it's possible. e.g. JYJ, who's free now x)

I think that Kris is playing the long game and has been for years. I think that Kris has seen the example Hangeng set and he made a decision early on that if his tenure with SM no longer suited him, he would use EXO as a launching pad to solo stardom in China. No one and everyone is to blame in this situation. SM is a blood leech disguised as an entertainment company and Kris is a calculating narcissist looking out for his own interests. The real victims here are the fans.

EXO members are just scared. Losing someone that means family already, I would the same reactions to Suho first... But eventually understand what the exact reason Kris wants to leave.
