Well it depends what kind of fall. Like if he/she fell on concrete stair then I'd be pretty worried for him/her. But if they fell on something not quite so worrisome, then I'd probably laugh while inquiring if they were ok.

I think I would be the type to help them up. All the while laughing my off at the fact that they fell down the stairs.
