All of them are equally good or bad. Some have better screens or processors, others have more functions or better lay-out.
I have a iPhone 5 (and I am waiting for iOS7 so...)

Note 2 is the best, in style and fashion. The huge body gives a rich look.
But, in my opinion, if you want a long lasting, and better functioning phone, go with iPhone 5.
