Personally I like the idea of the picture journal because its new and hasn't really been done; so I think you should keep the pictures BUT minimize the amount you put in it, like just put in some of the things in the story that maybe relate to the couples ex: me and JongIn went to the park today: insert either picture of Kyungsoo and JongIn OR a pretty park; So just atleast two pics per chap or something. I really do think the whole picture journal grabs the attention so you should keep it.
