Well ignoring the scarcatic troll comments .. I know how u feel :( I used to never have dreams and my friends tell me about they're goods making me want dreams. But now that I have them all I have are nightmares but they're so vivid I think its reality and wake up feeling .. awful for hours til I slowly calm down :( its awful I rather have no dreams then nightmares :'(
I have dreams that are somewhat related to reality, sometimes hallucinations. Or just scary dreams that seem realistic. I have been having these experiences from the past 6 to 7 months and i keep having them there's nothing i can do. I'll tell you,
For example,
I am sleeping and i am having a bad dream, as there is someone trying to kill me. In my sleep, i can move and i am aware that i am just having a dream, i am conscious about my surrounding, but i can't open my eyes, i will fall from teh bed, i'll throw the pillows down and will mess up everything around me, i just can't open my eyes and cannot make a sound. Meaning that while sleeping, i am dreaming, and i am aware of reality and i am awake but just can't open my eyes, but my eyes just seem to open automatically right after i will see something bad happen like see myself dying. Pretty scary right ? And i also have a lot of other scary experiences too. A LOT.
