Just to qualify my answer . I really prefer long , detailed chapters even with some waiting time but it all depends on how long the waiting time will be. I don't fancy re reading everything every time an update is posted because of long months( or even a year) between updates. . . Hence, I chose the short frequent updates. Frankly though, I'd willingly wait for awesome updates (like yours) even if it takes so long). I find though that the agony of waiting is directly proportional to how good the story is.
