I don't understand what's so bad about sending story ads T^T
if the user welcomes all types of story ads then that wouldn't be a problem, but it's irritating if someone clearly says "ALL ADS AREN'T WELCOME" and people still send them.

personally, i LOVE advertisements! i like reading them and i usually end up actually reading the story ouo

it's kinda like spam, and sending it to random strangers is a little weird because they probably don't ship the pairings/read the genre.

if u do like the fic description it's still too pressuring, you don't want to delete the comment because what if you wanna read the fic eventually?? but you also feel too pressured to read it and NOBODY GOT TIME FOR THAT LOL

I used to do that until I found it quite desperate and needy for new readers! I was like argh no no I wouldn't do it anymore besides if a fanfic is good then it will speak for itself! Readers,comments,up votes and subscribers that you gain when you haven't promoted it at all is better!
