I've read Breaking The Silence in 2014 when I just started to be a Inspirit and first I was not amused for the fic, I delayed a lot to read just the first chapter
But after I read the first, I didn't stopped anymore and it was worth it because it changed my life
You would think I'm overreacting right? But I'm not and I'm gonna tell you why
I'd been through the same situation as Sunggyu in this fic (not really the same but you know...)
I was ually abused when I was a kid, just with 9 years old and lasted for 4 more years
And while I was reading your fanfic, I sympathized a lot with him (even more because he is my bias)
It's true that I waited almost 4 years to say to someone what happened to me and the one who did that to me was a person who was close to my family too
It's very painful to even speak about this...
Anyway, it was in 2014 that something very important happened and it was kind the trigger for me to finally tell someone
I even had a panic attack after that
But what I wanna to say is that I think your fic had helped me too in some kind of way, because by then I had already finished reading everything (even the harmonizing voices sequel)
I think it gave me the courage and hope to overcome, to finally move on without this burden in my conscious and heart.. even if I didn't know this at the time
Of course I can't forget the event but it's more bearable now and I got psychology help too
So yeah, thanks for writing this for us
It's the only fanfic which I could and can read about and you approched the topic very well, congratulations really
I wish I could have purchased the book that you made, but I didn't had the money when you started selling, it's a shame ;(

Chapter 46: so I've just finished reading this and I have to say that this is one of the best woogyu fics that I've read. the thought of sunggyu being quiet intrigued me. according to Woohyun irl he's "the one who talks a lot"....lol...what I liked most about the story was the relationships. ironically Yadong's relationship is similar to mine (read betweenthelines). but I really loved Woogyu in this story. the push and pull was perfect. looking forward to reading the sequel.
