Heyyy ,
actually I have this lil problem ,
well , my 2013 mission was to lose some of my weight ,
so I started exercising , even though not daily ,
in January , I tried rope jumping for like 150 jumps per day ,
then I add up the amount as the time passes , and now I tried 500 times per day ,
I was quite motivated at first , but then as time flies , it seems like my motivation is gone ,
I feel tired after I had just done 200 jumps and stuff ,
and at last I stopped ,
idk , but I felt really tired and there's always something that grabs my attention everytime I wanted to do ze rope jumping ,
i also did the sit up , but my problem is i get some abs on the upper part of my stomach but on the lower part it gets really fat .. like all my fat was accumulated on the lower part. Do you know why?
I also tried to control my diets for these past 3 months but after all those tries , my weight kept increasing ,
do you have any idea or tips that could anyway help me? Or a few fun to do exercise that I would never g et bored of? Or some diet tips? And do you know why the sit-up problem I stated occur? Thanks a lot!!

Chapter 4: how to resist temptation? wether to stop excersizing (because i can always do it tomarrow) or eating junk food(just this one time... beside my bro is doing it)

Hi there!, new subscriber here. I want to ask, is there such a thing as a stiff body?. Cause I've been trying to learn how to cover dance, but I can't do any move properly. My friends said that the problem is, I'm too stiff. Is it because I'm always lazy to move around and prefer to lay on my bed? If yes, do you have any tips to change it? :c sorry if I talk too much. I love your chapter on skinnier legs! it really helped my cousin. how can i have milkier skin? i used to have milky skin, but ever since i transferred to another school that is by the bay, i got tanner. also, can you suggest some prom dresses that are in today and appropriate to wear at a formal themed prom?
