I’m not really trying to defend my writing since I know there are always things I could fix, but a lot of the “random” shifts in the characters aren’t always random. It isn’t supposed to feel right, in fact, it’s supposed to be a little jarring. Also, I only have 9 chapters up which isn’t a lot; any confusion you have now will get cleared up later.
I’m constantly revising, though, so I hope that my further revisions will make the story clearer.
