soojung from young had always been fascinated with flora, seeing as she is a spring fairy. being a fairy in the mortal world openly meant that she'd draw unwanted attention despite her being able to hide her wings at will. sick of always hiding yet not wanting the attention, she looked around for alternatives to help her complicated situation and found it in solarium– an island where she could be free yet not have to deal with that much attention. next thing she knew, she was packing up everything and making her way over to live in solarium.

brief background: after years in solitary, seeking shelter, Sana stumbled upon solarium. the first thing that catches her eyes as soon as she arrived in the city was the flowers that grow by the pavements, on people's gardens, in the parks. she was enchanted by those, and from there she learned that only solarium was able to produce rare exotic species of plants. after earning enough money from a job she was lucky enough to find, she bought herself a house with a small garden next to it, where she grows her favorite flowers and plants.

She was once just a girl who would sit in her studio loft drawing ethereal bull non stop, aesthetic wannabe as I would call her. She was soft and fluffy but her laugh- her laugh was ugly and loud. She soon came to learn that when she woken up a witch from her slumber in the middle of the night. And as u already could tell what happened unfortunately for her; she was turned into a werehyena. She was cursed, if she doesnt socialise in a day she would immediately change into a hyena where she cant focus on her artwork due to her excessive laughing as the witch would say. The curse would be broken once she socialises enough to get someone who would bare with her ugly laugh. A few days passed with no socialising whatsoever, she was as hairy and has a laugh of a jackass. She soon found out about the island, Solarium where mystical creatures live and she taught maybe her ugliness could be accepted there in and out. Hopefully she'd learn to love herself (maybe a significant other, idk) and start socialising.
Brief Background:
Hyunbin lived his whole life as an orphan, with no memories of his family. He was brought up at a wolf orphanage, having raised to be a well mannered and independant gentleman. Since animals like wolves are known for their strong ability in catching scents, Hyunbin very much likes the aroma of coffee. He's been working as a barista ever since he came to Solarium. He's still learning to fully adjust himself around the place, since he spends most of his time in his garden, caring for his cocoa beans and trying to come up with new coffee recipes. He plans on opening his own cafe someday.
As a wolf, he's a tamed animal and he likes receiving rubs on his head and back. He's an affectionate animal. He tends to be lazy to hunt for food so he steals from his neighbours if they're not watching.

Sooyoung had always lived all her life in a little cave with her mother far from the shore and other underwater villages. She only had sea animals to befriend with and didn't know that there are other merfolks because her mother always told her to stay in their cave and that it's dangerous to wander off, but that is until she met another boy that's just like her. After life has cruelly stolen her master away from her, Park Hyemin’s eyes dimmed as she lost herself to her grief, building a tall impenetrable wall around her heart, sealing herself away from others with her very own demons. Years went by as the masterless familiar wandered aimlessly around like a stray cat, wasting away at bars and nightclubs by drinking away her sorrows, praying to each glass that it would help her forget her past and herself just so she can be strong enough to carry on. One night, she decided to stay home thanks to a pest and as she half-heartedly listened to her small tv in the background as she took a drag of her cigarette while looking up out of the window to a starless sky, Hyemin caught the words “50th anniversary” and “Solarium”. Turning her head in mild interest towards the tv, She had a moment of epiphany as her eyes thoughtfully lingered on the small tv screen that was showcasing the celebration at the island while breathing the smoke out. It was then that she decided that she no longer going to try to be strong enough to withstand the storm, She IS going to be the storm.

Jennie used the skins of animal for her job. Since she was already an orphan, she doesn't know what to do in order to survive. She loves to joke around and try to have fun. But no one knows her deepest secret.
Jimin was a son from a poor farmer who was expelled from the village because he is a werejaguar (nagual) that can transform into a blue-eyes-white-jaguar when his existence is threatened by human or nature. His love to folk music bringing him to the city and searching for money by singing on the street until a pub owner spotted him and brought him to singing on his pub.
Not long after that, he got a record deal and instantly become a nation-phenomenon. The people called him as "a guitar-babo" because he can't take off his eyes from his guitar while singing on the stage when the other musician would choose to see the audience than their guitar. He was so lovely, until he got caught while taking and other drugs on a party. Suddenly his fame was falling and now he is on solarium, still have to rehab from his drug habit and hiding his real identity as a werejaguar from outside world while finishing new material for his next album soon.

~ coming from a mundane family, having to be a wereanimal was a vast downfall in wonwoo's life. being asked to join a 'party' without actually knowing how much of a ritual it would be more than a party, wonwoo was stupid to say yes. the memories of all of it alone were too vivid, too traumatic. but at least he somewhat managed to survive the escapes of being sacrificed alive, though whatever sorcery the occult members or "whatever they're called" (as quoted by wonwoo himself) had left a major effect on the male, and that effect was the transformation from an ordinary mortal to a wereanimal. too afraid to stay any longer in the same district where the same people who ruined his life, he runs away to stay in solarium, and he has been around in the place for nearly a year now. of course, he still tries to adapt as much as he can as he isn't much of an explorer.
jongin lived near the shores of solarium within a community of fellow merfolk, he was always willing to do anything to appease his parents by living up to their expectations. being a merfolk had its perks; especially because jongin loved to explore the depths of the ocean surrounding solarium; always figuring out new things underneath and the beauty it held below. however, it did displease his parents that he would venture off deeper than most merfolk do; but ever since he was young the ocean was a part of him (being a merfolk and all), but he tries his best to stay along the oceanic paths of the small underwater village where he grew up in; he always wondered if there was another underwater city aside from the small village near the shores of solarium. jongin has a kind heart but finds it rather difficult to relay those emotions but that doesn't mean he doesn't like mingling, he just rather preferred to have a tight group of people whom he could truly call friends.

She killed a lot lf person, she wanted to change but its hard for her.one day,she met a person in solarium,but suddenly tht person vanish without trace,so she stay in solarium to find that person.

This huge pull made sehun think that maybe this is where he'll finally find his purpose of serving a master.
/ coming from a well off family, jeongguk didn't have much to complain about. however during his rebellious teen phase he befriended a group of people who had influenced him to do drugs, and alcohol. after a near death experience at a party, he decided that enough was enough and so he left his hometown and encountered solarium where he decided to stay.
