Chapter 2: This is great. Unique, indeed. I didn't know much of this genre but after reading this, I'm somewhat curious of the system. They're so cool. Fits their character well.

I believe in you Sana! I know the stereotype of flute players is really ditzy but all the first chairs I've met are cutthroat when it comes to actually playing so I can't wait to see airhead Sana buckle down (or try to) for this duet.
My band director once experimented with moving instrument seating around and I ended in the mid-back in front of the trombone section--ugh. I feel you, Mina. It's a shame she probably doesn't have any extra money to invest in some quality earplugs.

As a band kid myself, I definitely agree with Sana as first chair flutist and Tzuyu as the clarinetist who is done with your Squidward bs. Chaeng is so tiny and smol and would suit being the only oboe player because it would make her seem that much nerdier lol
I relate so much to the "first chair is good but everyone else " problem of the sections

But hey, just curious, which instrument do you play? Only one who is in the band his or herself would understand the true nature of its members.
Chapter 1: Twice in band! I love it already! Instrument stereotypes are always so fun; I feel like you placed the girls perfectly, especially Jungyeon, Dahyun, and definitely Sana (I play flute :D). Keeping that flute parallel to the ground is the bane of our existence. That and mid-octave E's.
My poor tiny Chae on oboe and Tzuyu with the Squidward notifications XD One of my friends plays clarinet and when people find out they'll say "Like Squidward?" and she'll give them the most I'm-so-done-with-you look. Tzuyu has mastered that face already so that's easy to picture.
This is such a cool fic! I can't wait to see their interactions!
