I'm actually wondering if the panic attack that causes her heart to be weakened? Or from the beginning Yuri's heart condition is weak, so Narsha is super worried about her having a panic attack that will cause Yuri's life to be in danger? As far as I know, panic attack isn't life threatening. But, I'm guessing It's more than just panic attack based on what Narsha said in this chapter.

Chapter 21: Hi, author.. Sorry for my late comment.. However I just want to say this story has brought me into an emotional roller coaster. Yuri.. Oh Yuri.. I can't believe how she's so sincere & genuinely love Sica where the latter kind of 'takes' her for granted. A lot. I hope in the upcoming chapters Sica will show more affection towards Yuri & hold her dearly. Plus, Yuri is having a major issue with her heart. Should I anticipate more heartbreaking moments?
