In short words, I need quality designers for my shop, ❝GOLDFISH❞! I only have four designers (excluding myself), so I'm looking for five more! 

I'm usually looking for someone with an okay amount of experience with a decent-sized portfolio (a minimum of 10 graphics, please. I don't think this is too presumptuous). I'm not a very picky person, but I am looking for well-done graphics. Even if your application gets rejected, I'll definitely give you a brief review over your graphics too! My designers get paid five karma points per set of graphics, and though this isn't much, it's the most I can give considering that this is a free shop. Also, 2/3 of all donations go to the designer too.
