:) Help me out, please!

Are there any diseases that make a young person forget what happened a day before? Like anterograde tomorrow. I'm planning to make a fanfic where person A has the disease and person B tells them they love A everyday. Kinda plain but I'm not planning to make it public, just for myself.

Alzheimer's and Dementia are diseases that affect your memory and if they are moderate to severe; they cause people to forget a lot of facts after a certain time, even their own family members
