i've tried encasing the text with [CONTENTID1] [/CONTENTID1] but that doesnt seem to help either. sigh maybe itll fix itself in time...

@yeoshin_ Ah, I forgot about that. I still encase text with [CONTENTID1] [/CONTENTID1] even though there's a default. I'm not sure what the problem is for you then since I've tried applying different layouts and they worked for me. I haven't come across any problems on my end (yet) but I've seen others (those that come to me for help) misuse the CONTENTID tags and that was their only problem. I just learned that co-authors can't apply/change layouts either so I can't help that way unless the layout has been applied and the tags are the problem. Maybe try again another day and it'll work? Hope everything works for you in the end though! Sorry I wasn't much of a help. :/

@ann1914 it says if you don't specify which content ID then it will automatically default to CONTENTID1
and the strange thing is, layouts used to work for me a few months ago... they recently stopped working :(

yeah i've tried multiple different layouts and they all are properly coded...

I just tried a layout and it worked for me. Did you make sure to buy a layout that had {CONTENTID#} on it? Your format on editor mode should be something like this:

[CONTENTID1] Text [/CONTENTID1]

The CONTENTID tags are sensitive so make sure that they're typed right. If the layout has premade text (no {CONTENTID#} tags), still do the [CONTENTID1] tag at least as sampled above.

i haven't had any issues wit layouts as of late.
but i do remember someone mentioning that they were having trouble with it.
hopefully it's nothing and it's just a glitch or something.
