Stay faithful to a story

It's hard. Especially if I outlined the story first. I usually had the story saved in my head, but once I started, I just lost the motivation. Some of the lucky one get the full draft, and some only a few chapters. But they are never finished. I missed getting a story done. I missed posting. What should I do? T_T

@secretlurve Oh no, you're a perfectionist too? T-T It's the most difficult part, because you spend endless amount of time polishing your writing and stories, and yet you never end up completely satisfied orz There's always something that can be improved ;;

@Coccchanel I really wish I haven't try that method. :(
It seem like the outlining world hate me. However light and undetail my outlining is, the result is still the same. Maybe it's just my perfectionist side punish the method away knowing it will be successful, but well. I'll try again.

I fully understand, and experience your situation myself >o< I outline my chapters. However, each description is very short and consist of roughly one sentence! That way, I can remember my idea while it's very free and open to be alternated if my story and characters want to go another way than I first had planned :)
