[Question] Should I Change the Perspective of My Story?

After writing my first chapter of "Hit The Stage", I noticed that I liked writing from the third person perspective. So as I'm writing my new chapter for "Breaking Barriers", which was primarily first person (switching between Jiho and Nichkhun), I have the urge to write in the third person.
Is it weird to change the type of perspective after having written 3 chapters? Or is it fine? I want to know how you as the reader would feel about it before I continue writing.

@LeeChaeYoung Thank you for your advice! I don't feel as conflicted anymore ^^~

@sylviaplant Yeah thank you! I noticed that certain things I wanted to say couldn't be said because I was strictly speaking from one perspective, so I was thinking about the third person perspective since it allows me to speak about both characters at once. I just thought of this, but my story is going to bring a new beginning for both characters in the next chapter, so maybe the perspective shift could accompany that. I really appreciate your feedback! Thank you so much :)

I personally don't think its weird at all. I think it's dynamic and great to be able to switch point of views. You would just have to make sure your audience can decipher the difference easily so they don't get confused. =)

For me it's going to be weird, just because it won't be as cohesive when you push through with writing it entirely in first person. But you know, now that /you/ as the writer had somehow changed perspectives over how you view yout story, maybe you can try to picture one of your characters seeing what you're seeing now, and maybe you can add that up as an input, make them more three dimensional for seeing the world at different angles. It's what I do—firstly, of course, it's third person because I detach myself from my characters to see them as they are when someone else sees them, then I change viewpoints by trying to put my mind inside a character to see how /they/ see the world. I hope my made sense though. Good luck on writing your story~
