So I get this feeling that character death isn't very 'well received' on this site haha But actually, I had planned for one of my characters to die in my story and I just wanted some advice on that subject. But before that, I'll give a bit of background information. By story is gang/angst/friendship/romance theme and the character I was planning to kill off is not an Idol or main but a significant supporting role (OC). Plus, I'm not just going to throw her death in there for a dramatic touch, her death will link well to the story.

Ok, these are the questions I can think of so far;

- Do I really need to warn people about character death in my forward? Cause I have seen a lot of stories so that and I kind get turned off - because there's no suspense. If so, how should I word it?
- What is your personal opinion on Character death?
- How did your readers respond to the character death? Was there lots of disappointment? Sub lost? What was the general feedback?
