Chapter 6: About Yeon Ae, she is the fresh air of the story. Because the female lead character is supposed to not knowing about the future, but she knows and I'm sure there will be something changing in the present. Even Yeon Ae didn't show up in the future, in Remind Me. You can't live the same way you live when you know what the future is like right? That would be boring
For example, Youngjae in the future tried so hard to get her heart, again, in Remind Me. That Youngjae from future must face two same hardships because the real destiny is when she didn't travel the time.
But this present Youngjae got a luck because she loves him and that love comes from the caring and gentle man side of Youngjae in the future
From my point of view if this present Youngjae isn't trying as hard as he supposed to, he couldn't be the same as the future Youngjae. Just like the title, Remind Me, Youngjae made her got remember eventhough the reality is she didn't live her senior high shool life but she did have the memory w/ Yeoseob eventhough the Yeoseob accident is also a future because 'me' wasn't event at the prom night yet right now. I have just been rejected by Daehyun and I rejected Youngjae. Do you get me, author-nim?
