@Chocolate_yul: No, Yunho was walking away from the hospital, and since he was unconsciously following Yuri, she was also walking away from the hospital. It kind of shows that he's moving on from BoA (who's at the hospital) to Yuri (who's getting farther and farther away from the hospital). :)
