I have been kinda awkward with the new discovery that my best friend have told me a few days ago, which might be true or not. Ugh, this is all Sooyoung’s fault. That annoying giant.

“Wannie, you’re spacing out again.”

Oh, right. My relationship with Joohyun is now back to normal, with the difference of not getting too clingy on school premises. She’s currently laying her head on top of my lap as we’re watching a movie. I don’t even know its title since I’ve been out this past days.

“I (want to ask you something) – it’s nothing. Just go back to watching the movie.”

“Are you getting bored?”

“No, not really.”

She goes back to watch on whatever movie was playing. The thought of her actually liking me for real is lingering through my mind. Why–

“Hyun, why do you like me?”

I immediately covered my mouth with both my hands as I blurted aloud my inner thought. She stopped the television and looked at me lovingly. She smirked a few seconds after, making me regret the words that I’ve uttered.

“Why do you ask? Did you finally fall for my charm?”

“I-I do not! It just slipped. Now go back your focus to the movie.”

“You’re so adorable my little Wannie.”
