Chapter one.
Here we go again; you're not good for me. | Boring.
~
“Look, I’m not this perfect one that goes around stealing boys’ hearts, okay? I’m not like you. I’m not out going, lovely, sweet and cute just like that, not putting effort in it at all.” I sighed deeply, looking into Jinrae’s eyes. “I’m also new to this friendship thingy. The attachment. For all I care, I was a freaking loner since I was a kid!” I exclaimed with an exasperated sigh once again. “So, as you can judge by that, I don’t care if people like me or not.”
“Are you sure?” She asked, crossing her arms over her chest.
“Pretty much.”
“Then you .”
“SEE?!”
I facepalmed myself and she pouted, flipping her hair to the side.
“Yeah. You’re boring. See ya.”
And there it goes again.
Holy damn, I was seriously good at scaring people away.
With a pout slightly curving my lips, I looked at the watch and stood up, fixing my apron. Today was Friday and I really wanted to finish my work, go home and rest. But no, of course. It just had to be one of those days when people literally pushed each other to get a damn table. Most of them were girls, which caused me to almost puke. Seriously, all the perfume, the make up. Ew. Just ew. I mean, not that I hated the idea but---
Fine.
I hated the idea of having 93427358378537 things on my face. Natural beauty rocks, okay? Okay.
“Jung Heeyoung!”
“Yes, boss?” I spun around, almost bumping into my dearest mommy, looking up at her.
“We’ve got too many orders.” She whined like a puppy, shoving a notepad and a pen into my hands in hurry. “Go to table four, six and ten, take all the orders and call Minsoo, we need another chief.”
“Got it— WAIT! Why is it so crowded here? Why are there so many females?” I asked, looking at her with a questioning look on my face. She was about to answer when I saw our chief creep behind her and she squeaked as he pulled her to the kitchen.
“Later, sweetheart! Go for orders!”
I sighed with a nod and turned around, walking to the table six, trying my best not to slip or bump into anyone.
“Excu—EXCUSE ME! Can you please… YAH!” I suddenly felt someone stomp onto my right foot and I looked up, facing a tall girl. She looked down at me with an apologetic look on her face and I sighed.
“I’m so so sorry! Did it hurt much?” She mumbled, moving away slightly.
“No, not really.” I replied with a shake of my head and frowned. “What is this all about though?”
“You don’t know?” The girl asked, her eyes widening a bit.
“Exo is going to come eat here, like every Friday.”
“Excuse me, but…” I blinked. “Uh, Exo?
Before she could even answer, suddenly the door flung open, revealing some men in black, trying to block the sudden rush of girls that ran against the door, almost pushing me with them. I backed away, standing right next to the wall, widening eyes slightly as I watched the girls being pushed to the left and right, those men pushing them towards tables.
“Well excuse me but—“
“CHANYEOL OPPA!”
“SEHUNNIE SAENG!”
BAEKHYUUUUUUUUUUN!”
Well, holy damn – was all I thought as I heard girls’ screams. I tiptoed, trying my best to see what they saw but it wasn’t
