Plastic bag workout day 3
How to get a kpop idol bodyAyo! So today we're almost half way though and let me tell you, it was easier than I thought it would be, I still sorta sick but it's just sneezing and stuffy noses so nothing too serious but I'm still gonna exercise light until I'm fully recovered.
My workout today:
10 mins plastic bag workout
5 min stretching (Warm up)
25 mins running
5 mins stretching (cool down)
And after 45 mins of working out I burned... 275 calories
that's more than I burned working out for almost 2 hours on day 1, I think this proves that running is very effective when it comes to burning fat and it'll help you out run killers in the forests and also my basement just keep on getting more and more spiders
