"Kim Dahyun!" a distinct voice echoed through the hallway, disrupting the peaceful slumber that had embraced the girl. It had been five minutes since her alarm had started buzzing – a daily occurrence that had woven itself into the fabric of their lives.

A girl emerged from her room, still clad in her pajamas, her eyes half-closed as she scratched away the remnants of sleep. The voice that had summoned her belonged to none other than the chipper "chipmunk." Her emergence was accompanied by a yawn, an unspoken testament to the early hour.

"Is Dahyun still asleep?" Lisa queried, her voice betraying hints of drowsiness. The girl's response was a shake of her head, an indication that the pale girl's slumber had remained undisturbed.

"Did I wake you up?" Rosie's inquiry carried a tinge of apology, her gaze reflecting a mix of concern and understanding. Lisa's response came in the form of a shake of her head.

With a determined stride, Lisa announced her intent to retrieve the spare keys, a chore that seemed to be part of the familiar choreography of their mornings. Her footsteps faded into the distance as she left to complete her mission.

Meanwhile, Rosie's return to the kitchen marked the beginning of a new act in the morning routine. Preparing breakfast had become a tradition that Rosie executed with practiced ease, despite the recurring challenge posed by her morning lethargy.

The kitchen became a canvas of activity as the rhythmic sizzle of frying bacon intertwined with the popping of the toaster. With each movement, Rosie orchestrated the dance of breakfast preparation, a routine that had etched its way into her life.

Toasting bread, frying eggs and bacon – these tasks had become second nature to Rosie. Her determination was palpable as she expertly navigated the kitchen, adding an element of indulgence with chocolate toppings on the pancakes, a nod to Dahyun's taste preferences.

In a scene that mirrored countless mornings, the telltale sound of footsteps from upstairs announced Dahyun's eventual awakening.

Observing Dahyun's departure from her room, Lisa couldn't help but shake her head, a silent commentary on the predictable nature of these early hours.

Taking her place at the table, Lisa's triumphant grin accompanied her proclamation: "I woke her up." Her pride was evident as she settled in, ready to enjoy the fruits of Rosie's morning labor.

Rosie's playful tone cut through the air as she voiced her observation: "I thought she said she's skipping school today?" The act of removing the pan from the fire, followed by the gentle placement of everything on a clean plate. Lisa's grin expanded as she relished her meal.

Lisa's declaration met with a quirked eyebrow and set the stage for a light-hearted exchange. "She said she's meeting her friends from school," Lisa divulged, a mischievous glint in her eyes.

Amidst the chaos from upstairs, Dahyun rushed past them, her sense of urgency palpable as she announced her intention to have breakfast at the café after placing her supposed breakfast in a Tupperware. Rosie and Lisa exchanged knowing glances.

Their attention turned towards Dahyun's fleeting departure, her announcement hanging in the air like a playful tease. "Did she even brush her teeth?" Rosie's question was punctuated by the eruption of giggles that followed, the sound of their laughter echoing through the morning air.

"Dahyun-ah, did you even comb your hair?" Jihyo's inquiry carried a hushed tone. With practiced ease, she retrieved a brush from her purse, presenting it as a potential solution.

"I did," Dahyun's response was nonchalant, her gaze still locked onto the laptop screen before her, engrossed in its digital tapestry.

"Yeah?" Jihyo's shrug was a testament to her skepticism, but she didn't stop at just that. With a decision, she stood up and volunteered to take matters into her own hands, ready to smooth out the tangles that might have formed in her friend's hair.

Amidst the daily routines, Dahyun's focus remained steadfast on the scrolling feed, a landscape of virtual interactions that demanded her attention. Jihyo's explanation that she had taken down the controversial post about Dahyun from the forum – an act enabled by her access to the school's private account – was a detail that slipped into the background, absorbed by the persistent whirl of Dahyun's online explorations.

The two friends were blissfully unaware of a fellow friend who had made her approach. Tzuyu's scoff conveyed a mixture of amusement and mock offense, her voice laced with humor as she exclaimed, "Hah, I can't believe you already replaced me." Tzuyu's playful pout underscored her playful jealousy, emphasized further as she set down three cups of distinct beverages on the table.

Jihyo interjected with a lighthearted explanation, "This kid can't even comb her hair before coming here." Her words were tinged with amusement, an acknowledgment of Dahyun's occasional morning dishevelment.

Dahyun's attempt at self-defense was swift, her response fired off without hesitation: "Unnie! I told you I did. It was just disheveled because I thought I was running late." Her assertion was met with Tzuyu's knowing grin, a silent agreement that spoke of the shared experience of morning rushes.

Tzuyu's teasing had no intention of letting up, as evidenced by her next inquiry: "And what about the other day?" The casual sip she took from her americano against her pointed question, was a challenge to Dahyun's reliability.

"That's..." Dahyun's trailing response was punctuated by Jihyo's addition, her chuckle joining the chorus. "Yeah, and the other day before that day," Jihyo's laughter was a shared acknowledgment of the humorous pattern that seemed to have woven itself into Dahyun's mornings.

The sound of their laughter echoed through the air, an embodiment of their friendship that flourished in these shared moments. Dahyun's good-natured protestation only fueled their amusement: "You're ganging up on me again. I can't believe I'm letting myself be bullied by you two." Her words held a playful mixture of protest and surrender, a reflection of their dynamic.

Tzuyu's jesting affection manifested as she playfully cooed, "Aww, our child doesn't want to be babied anymore," her words framed by a pout that was mirrored in Dahyun's playful expression.

"Excuse me, Tzu? I’m your unnie. Do I look like a child to you?" Dahyun's question was met with an almost immediate chorus of agreement from her friends: "Yes." Their shared response held an unspoken fondness.

Dahyun's response to their unanimous reply paved the way for a serious declaration: "Well then, give me twenty million won for allowance." Her words were punctuated by her monotonous voice, an eerie sound of quietness that reverberated t
