Kimi (birthname Shin Soomi; born May 17, 1992) is a South Korean idol singer, rapper, actress and member of K-pop girl group Crayon.
 

Biography

Kimi was born in Osaka, Japan. She was raised in Osaka and Seoul; by Korean father and Japanese mother. After moving to Seoul when she was 10, Kimi started take an interest in rapping. she persuaded her mother to let her taking a rap class near her neighbourhood, her mother didn't agree at first but giving in at the end, Her brother and her was sent to the rap class, they won many competition during their childhood.The sibling entered a competition held by Bighit and won, they were proposed as a trainee but Kimi rejected it. She finally gave in after her brother persuaded her, their trainee days in Bighit didn't last long nonetheless. both of them somewhat got transfered to TS due to unknown reasons.
