You're My DeadlineA sunlight coming through the window was enough to wake Chorong up, and it's rare for her to feel another weight on her so didn't mind about it and stretched on her own.
She's about to released her dolphin scream when a pair of arms wrapped around her, pulling her closer.
"Good Morning Baby." Bomi murmured. Chorong was surprised on how husky Bomi's morning voice is.
She gave her a sly smile and struggled herself to get up.
Bomi pulled her back. "You're not running away from me right?"
"I'm going to prepare our breakfast Bbom ah."
"I don't want breakfast. Let's just stay here for a while..."
Chorong gave in, whatever Bomi wants, she would give. Slowly, she let herself sink into Bomi's arms and lay there without moving.
As an awkward silence settled between them, Chorong tried to move back a little but Bomi held her closer.
In that moment, she let herself surrender her full weight on Bomi's arms. Hoping that Bomi wasn't struggling with it.
It's unusual, because between the two of them, she's always been the protector that it is strange for her to feel being protected... Specially by the one she always wanted to protect the most.
"I like this. So please relax. I feel like I'm holding a rock." Bomi chuckled and then used her fingers to comb Chorong's hair.
Those gentle touches made Chorong relaxed as she closed her eyes once again and snuggled her head on Bomi's neck.
It's just wonderful how their positions used to be awkward for the both of them but now, it was a place where Chorong could let her guard down and be herself.
Mmmmhh. Wanting more skinships, Chorong wrapped her arms around Bomi's waist and placed a kiss on the corner of Bomi's mouth.
With a contented sigh, she laid her cheek into Bomi's shoulder.
"I don't think I need a pillow at all." Chorong commented.
Bomi chuckled. "Am I that big?"
"My fluffy bear."
Bomi titled her head back, trying to see Chorong's expression. "Is that good? Should I go on a diet?"
"No. No." Chorong panicked. "You just have to be you. And I'll stay with you forever."
For a moment, they allowed themselves to enjoy the warmth and softness of each other.

A spirit of Christmas.
Bomi woke up with the cold breeze surrounding her place. Basically, this is her favorite month of the year. Where kindness was shown all over the place.
But this year, something is different. She felt complete. She felt contented.
She glanced on her bed, with a cute woman sleeping soundly on it.
She smiled to herself. It's something that turned out to be the best thing she ever imagined. Chorong moved in with her for almost a month... But still, Bomi couldn't help but to feel overwhelmed everytime she wakes up and see the girl beside her.
That realization filled her with wonder and made her so grateful. Finally, her christmas wish since she was a child turned into reality.
"You're scaring me." Chorong uttered with her sleepy voice.
Bomi chuckled as she leaned into the girl and gave a forehead kiss.
"Am I your grandma?"
"Goodmorning Grandma." Bomi teased as she received playful hit from the older girl.
"I didn't know it's possible for me to wake up before you."
"Yah. I woke up earlier, I just... Fell asleep again." Chorong whined.
"As expected... From a grandma." Bomi immediately pulled away before Chorong could hit her again.
"It's not my fault that someone is so eager last night and made me sleep late."
"You sounded like you didn't enjoy it... You kept on and screaming my ..." before Bomi could even spit another word, a pillow automatically hit on her face.
With that attack, Bomi threw herself on bed and started tickling the older girl. The room was filled with whining and screaming and laughing and everything.
It's just one of the happiest moment... Maybe it's just a moment. But for the both of them, it's priceless. It's just wonderful that in the end, things turned out greater than ever.
"A second..." Bomi pulled away and searched for something on her sling bag.
"Bbom ah. We have to buy something for your family later." Chorong remembered that tonight, they will travel back to Bomi's province for a family reunion before Christmas.
"I bought some wine for them." Bomi answered while searching throughly. "Where the hell it is."
Bomi smiled when she found the small red box she bought few years ago. It just rested on her cabinet for a while.
The romantic ambience left the room when Bomi opened the box smiling cheekily while Chorong was looking at her weirdly. Still on the process of thinking what Bomi aimed to do.
When realization hit Bomi, she immediately closed the box and hid it behind her. God she's not even kneeling. And when she glanced at Chorong, the girl was already in the verge of crying.
"Oh my God. I'm so stupid." She whispered to herself as she guided Chorong to sit on the edge of the bed. "I'll do this properly."
She slowly kneeled down in front of Chorong, showing the small box to the older girl before she delicately opened it like it's some kind of fragile item.
Chorong gulped hard when the ring was shown.
"Unnie. This year, you'll end up spending the Christmas and year end with me." Bomi put out the silver engagement ring on its box. "Are you willing to do it again for the next years?"
"Bbom ah." Chorong sniffed. "I'd give anything to spend the next years with you."
Bomi slowly put the ring on Chorong's finger, a sighed of relief escaped through her when it fitted perfectly.
-------
Chorong kept her gaze on the road, not even peering at Bomi for the first minutes of their trip to Bomi's province. They agreed to spend their Christmas with Bomi's family while the new year with Chorong's family.
Instead of being relaxed, Chorong's body tensed as they got nearer to the province. She just stared on the silver thing on her finger trying to calm herself.
When they reached the stoplight, Bomi allowed herself to glance to the girl in the passenger seat, hoping to catch her gaze.
But Chorong's expression didn't change. The girl was wearing a light blue dress with a gray cardigan. The girl's aura screamed confidence. A total opposite of what Chorong actually felt that time.
Bomi tried to hold her hand, the poker face expression was just a mask. Chorong wasn't calm and collected.
Then the stoplight turned to green and Bomi tried to focus on the road again. But then, she couldn't stand the silence so she cleared . "Are you nervous?"
Chorong gave her a quick glance. "I'm good." was already on the tip of her tongue but she bowed her head and nodded instead.
"They're all excited to see you again. Rong. Everything will be great."
Silenced filled through the car, leaving Bomi to wonder what was running on Chorong's mind.
"All we have to do later on is to enjoy. Now relax and smile my love." Bomi stated while eyes fixed on the road.
Chorong blew out of breath when they pulled into a two storey house later on.
Bomi turned off the engine while Chorong grabbed on the bottle of wine they brought before they both got out of the car.
Bomi walked slowly, letting Chorong time to admire the surroundings. And when they reached the door, Bomi held Chorong's hand, smiled at her while assuring her once again that everything is fine.
"You trust me?"
Chorong looked at the younger, confused. What kind of question is that? "Of course."
Bomi gave her an encouraging smile.
"Mom, we're here." Bomi called out as they entered the house.
"My baby." Bomi's mother resurfaced from the kitchen. Already in open arms to hug her daughter.
"Mom." Bomi let go of Chorong's hand to hug her mother. Then she leaned to kiss her on her cheek.
"How was your trip?" Bomi's mother asked while glancing at Chorong.
"Great. It's a smooth ride here." Bomi went back to Chorong's side, took her
