TOKYO DOME CONCERT DAY 1

Jennie woke up to the sound of an unfamiliar alarm.

She instinctively tapped her sides to turn it off.

Just as she forced her heavy eyelids open, it stopped ringing.

That’s when she found a hooded figure sleeping right next to her.

She rubbed her eyes, unsure if she saw right.

Then her eyes widened in horror.

Hanbin.

What the hell?

She anxiously looked around, as if afraid people would see.

But it was just the two of them.

The room was filled with noise from the TV that was still on.

She quickly grabbed the remote and turned it off.

At that point, she was already internally panicked.

Her instinct told her to wake him up and kick him out.

But how awkward would that be?

Not in a million years did she ever think she would fall asleep next to Kim Hanbin.

And most especially not when she was miserably crying over a break-up.

She closed her eyes and took deep breaths.

Focus, Jennie. You just need to make him leave.

She slowly opened her eyes.

Rays of sunlight were piercing through the windows and it lit up a small space in the bedroom.

Looking at it somewhat calmed her down.

She smiled to herself.

Why am I getting worried over nothing?

She stood up to face Hanbin, ready to shake him wide awake if she had to.

But how he looked in his sleep caught her off-guard.

He was the most relaxed she’s ever seen him, which was unusual.

He was never like this, or at least not around her.

Hanbin always looked composed and uptight, like he had so much on his plate but had it all figured out.

But the person in front of her now, you wouldn’t think he’s the same guy she treated as her rival for as long as she could remember.

He doesn’t seem so bad. He’s actually kinda cute.

She smiled at the thought.

The she quickly snapped herself out of it.

“Ya, Kim Jennie, what are you saying??” she was talking to herself in disbelief, “Micheoso, micheoso!”

Hanbin suddenly groaned.

It startled her.

He suddenly stretched out his foot, accidentally shoving Jennie down on the floor.

She shrieked in shock.

Then she turned to his direction and glared at him.

She slowly stood up, “Every damn time I try to think he’s alright, he reminds me why I’ve always thought otherwise,”

She grabbed Hanbin’s arm and pushed him off the couch.

The sound of his body hitting the floor echoed in the room.

Jennie smiled in satisfaction.

He sat up and blinked repeatedly.

Then he looked up and saw Jennie.

“Get out! We still have a concert to prepare for!” she turned around and walked straight to the bathroom, slamming the door behind her.

Hanbin scratched his head as he got on the elevator, reflecting on the events of the previous night.

He must have fallen asleep in exhaustion.

But what about her? What was she crying about anyway?

He reached inside his pocket to check his phone.

But it wasn’t there.

He sighed in annoyance, realizing he forgot to take it with him.

He was about to press on her floor when the elevator doors opened and his manager looked at him in shock.

“There you are!! Where have you been???”

“Ughhh, downstairs. I went for a walk,” he lied.
