TWICE were currently having dinner on their dining table. All the food had already been consumed and they were all on the living room couch watching a movie except for Mina and Jihyo. Jihyo was washing the dishes, while Mina was on her Nintendo Switch playing god knows what by the diding table, not caring to join her members. It had become a common occurance, Mina had been practically glued to her switch ever since she got it, and it is driving the other members insane. Espceially Jihyo

"Mina you've got to put that thing away, you've been on it for a while now and you're gonna get a headache" Jihyo warned from the kitchen

"I'll be fine Jihyo, don't worry about it" Mina shrugged off

Jihyo scowled, Mina had been on her Nintendo Switch for the past hour now and Jihyo was worried for her. Every time Jihyo tried to warn Mina, Mina would get snappy, and Jihyo hated it. Mina could be the kindest most elegant human being to have ever come into existence, but when she was engrossed into her video games, Mina bordered on being a spoiled brat. Jihyo's had enough

"Alright, fine. But don't come complaining when you're not feeling well" Jihyo scoffed, walking off and joining her members, turning off the light shining over the dinner table just to spite her.

"Aish!!" Mina groaned, but too engaged to turn the light back on

An hour later, the movie had already ended and the members had already returned to their rooms, leaving only Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Jihyo, and Chaeyoung on the couch. They were finishing the lyrics to their own songs they were planning to show JYP in hopes of getting them into their next album. Mina, as expected was still at the dinner table, the light of the Switch the only source of illumination in her vicinity.

"COME ON!! GOGOGO- WHAT!! COME ON!!" Mina shouts as her Switch runs out of battery a hit away from victory. Great, now she's gotta walk to her room and charge it, ugh, what a chore.

Mina's head and eyes throbe and ache as she stands, white spots invading her vision as she stumbles in her place.

Mina drags her feet to her room, back slouched and hand on her head.

"Ugh, my head hurts" Mina unconsciously mumbles

"See? What did I tell you? I told you to put that thing away, now look what happened" Jihyo nagged, somehow managing to hear the near silent voice of Mina, what is she? her Mom?

"God, I don't need this now, Jihyo" Mina almost whines, needing the nurturing side of Jihyo and not.... whatever this Jihyo is

"She's kind of right, Mina" Jeongyeon says, Nayeon nodding in agreement

The 3 maternal figures (Nayeon questionably) can be some of the most understanding, caring, and empathetic human beings alive, now is not one of those times and even though Mina had been warned, it didn't stop her from feeling like absolute garbage for it. She looked towards the 3 of them trying to hide her hurt, and all she got from them were stares that subtley screamed "I told you so". Mina sighed and went into her room, flopping onto her bed before slowly readjusting herself into a comfortable position. This headache was kiling her.

Mina laid there for who knows how long, scowling and scrunching her nose, letting out little groans whenever her headache spiked, regretting every single one of her life choices that have led her up to this moment in time.

She was snapped out of her thoughts when she heard the door squeak open. Mina whined at the sudden illumination that entered the room. In peaked the head of Chaeyoung, who just looked at Mina, not moving.

"You here to lecture me to?" Mina groaned

"No, eat this" Chaeyoung said, shuffling into the room and placing a cup of water down on the bedside table, stuffing a pill into Mina's mouth

Mina got up and gulped the water down. She could feel herself getting better already. 

"They were mean to you" Chaeyoung said, taking up the space beside Mina

"I deserved it" Mina mumbled

"You didn't, you were just doing what you liked. Besides, I'm sure you would've been fine if Jihyo unnie didn't turn the lights off" Chaeyoung said, laughing a little at the end

"Ugh, you're the best" Mina said, turning to her side and placing her arm across Chaeyoung's torso, making the young girl blush

"I uh... what are you doing?" Chaeyoung nervously tried to laugh off

"I just need something to hug" Mina groaned

"I think you're falling ill, unnie" Chaeyoung tried to squirm her way out, but even when sick, Mina was surprisingly strong as she hugged Chaeyoung tighter

"Maybe, but your really~ warm and soft and cuddly. And who cares, comeback's not for another month and you have nothing for the next week" Mina grumbled

"Stay here for tonight" Mina asked

"OK" Chaeyoung relented, accepting her fate and snuggling in with Mina

"Nice"
