Byul walked Seventeen’s dorm as she sighed for the millionth time

*I really miss you Mingyu, let’s meet soon* she smiled

Byul rang the doorbell with the determination in her decision

*I’ll be good to you Mingyu…we’ve missed each other long enough*

“TAEBYUL IS HERE!” Hoshi shouted opening the door as Byul bowed awkwardly

Classes soon started as Byul stole glances of Mingyu from time to time. She somehow missed the attention she got from Mingyu.

But what’s wrong with him today?

The whole class, Mingyu didn’t even spare a glance for Byul and minded his business

AFTER CLASS:

“See you guys next week then” Byul said smiling at the boys as the boys nodded

Byul looked at Mingyu who sat busy with his phone and sighed a bit

“Byul” SeungCheol called

“Neh” she answered

“We can’t have classes on the coming Tuesday, we have a schedule. If you don’t believe me then you can ask manager hyung” SeungCheol said looking at her innocently

“Aish~ of course I believe you. Sure, I’ll be there on Thursday then” she smiled when Mingyu stood up and walked past her and into his room

“What’s wrong with him?” Jeonghan muttered

“Let me drop you till the stop then” WonWoo said as Byul nodded

“Good night” she smiled bowing a bit and exited the dorm with WonWoo

Byul and WonWoo walked together not talking to each other. There was an awkward silence till

“How have you been?” WonWoo asked as Byul nodded

“I’ve been okay…you?” she asked as WonWoo looked at her

“I’m fine” he smiled
“Want to get some coffee?” he asked as Byul smiled a bit

“I guess we have some things left to talk about” she chuckled.

CAFÉ:

The two sat drinking their latte as Byul looked at the café that was rather lonely

“I’m sorry... I’ve been wanting to tell that you for so long” WonWoo said

“If it’s about three years ago then it’s okay” she smiled as WonWoo scratched his head

“And about you and Mino…” he said as Byul glanced at him

“Do you think we are dating?” she asked as WonWoo nodded

“We are not” Byul chuckled

“Then that?” he said pointing to her bracelet

“Bwo? Yah~ this is just friendship bracelets” she muttered showing him the bracelete
“But we never had one” WonWoo pouted

“Don’t even try your aegyo here…” she said rolling her eyes playfully
“About Mingyu” WonWoo said as Byul nervously looked at him

“How has he been?” Byul asked

“How can you be so cruel and leave him alone for so long?” WonWoo said sipping his coffee casually

“Yah you can’t say that…I have suffered my part too” she muttered at the last part

“That’s exactly what I can’t understand. If you still like him then why did you leave him? And why are you not back with each other yet?” WonWoo said as Byul sighed

“You know how complicated the matter was back then and I don’t have the guts anymore” she said

“Aigoo…I really can’t understand. I’m not telling you to confess or anything but if he shows you signs then send them back, pabo” WonWoo said as Byul sipped her coffee

“It’s not that easy, you bigger pabo” she said making WonWoo chuckle

“Just stop hurting both of you and get back together” he said as Byul looked outside

“I’ll have to” she said sighing

“Come, I’ll drop you home” WonWoo said as Byul nodded standing up

“Take good care of him and make sure he doesn’t get sick” Byul said walking with WonWoo

“Of course, that’s my duty” WonWoo said as Byul laughed out a bit

“I never actually saw him cry until that day” WonWoo said as Byul looked at him and turned away

“I am really sorry for that” she sighed

“I never meant to hurt him” she added as WonWoo nodded

“He never did either” WonWoo said

“Are you playing cupid?” Byul asked as WonWoo smiled

“I’m just telling you to stop playing too hard to get and be with mingyu like good old times” WonWoo said as Byul nodded

“Thanks for letting me know” she said as WonWoo ruffled her hair

“I had been missing you too” he said as Byul interlaced her arms with his

“Me too” she smiled

                                                                       *I hope, for once, things will be back to normal*

SOON:

“There’s my stop” she smiled standing infront of her house
“I’ll drop by often” WonWoo smiled as Byul nodded

“Goodnight” he said hugging her as Byul smiled

“Goodnight” she said

Byul watched WonWoo walk away and smiled as memories from 5 years ago flashed in her mind
