Yoona and Wonyoung rushed to the emergency room. It was hectic as so many people were there. 

“Where is Miyawaki?” Yoona asked the doctor.
“Who are you?”
“I’m his family!”
“Nurse...take her to Mr Miyawaki’s room,”

The doctor instructed the nurse to take both Yoona and Wonyoung to the second floor. They led them to the VIP room. 

“This way Madam,” 

Yoona and Wonyoung rushed into the room and they found Siwon lying unconscious on the bed.

“Oppa!”
“Dad!”

Yoona and Wonyoung could not hold their tears back. Siwon’s head was bandaged and there were scars on his face and arms.

“Oppa...wake up...” Yoona hold Siwon’s hand.

Wonyoung scanned around. 

“WHERE IS UNNIE? KKURA UNNIE! UNNIE IS ALIVE RIGHT?”

Wonyoung began to have bad thought. Sakura was not in the room.

“KKURA UNNIE! KKURA UNNIE!!”

Wonyoung went hysterical. She ran outside searching for Sakura.

“KKURA UNNIE! KKURA UNNIE!” Wonyoung called.

Wonyoung ran aimlessly that she bumped into someone. Both of them fell.

“Ouch...that’s hurt...” 

Both stood up and they looked at each other.

“UNNIE!!!!”

Wonyoung jumped onto Sakura as she saw Sakura in front of her. Wonyoung hugged her tight and she cried in happiness.

“Bunny....that’s hurt,”

Wonyoung let Sakura go. She saw Sakura’s hand was in a cast.

“Unnie...what happened?”
“It happened too fast, the lorry just came out of nowhere,” Sakura explained.
“Dad...is he okay?” 
“He protected me, he covered me....” Sakura began to cry and she covered her head using her hand.
“Unnie...”
“He is in a bad condition...he lost too much blood...”
“He is strong unnie...I’m sure he would be okay,”

Wonyoung pulled Sakura back to the room. The siblings peeked as they saw Yoona sitting beside Siwon’s bed, holding hand. 

“Oppa...wake up please...”
“If you still love me, please don’t do this,”

Sakura and Wonyoung entered the room. When Yoona saw Sakura, she quickly hugged Sakura.

“Are you okay sweetheart?”
“I’m fine Mom...but not dad,” Sakura replied.
“I’m sorry...you tried to tell me about him... I should stop him from leaving...” 
“He still loves you Mom,”

Yoona let Sakura go and turned back to face Siwon.

“I wish I could turn back time...” Yoona said.
“Dad is strong Mom...he is my Dad,” Wonyoung added and she cling to Yoona’s arm.
“I never get the chance to say I love him,”
“What did you say Mom?” Sakura asked.
“You asked me if I still love him, yes sweetheart, even after all he did to me, I still love him, I always live him,” Yoona revealed.
“Do you mean what you say?” Sakura questioned again.
“I was blinded because of revenge, I did not realise he was surrendering right from the start,”
“I told you he still love you...he really regret letting you go,”
“I was stupid...like how I used to before,”
“So you still love him?” Sakura kept asking.
“YES I STILL LOVE HIM!I WANT TO BE WITH HIM! I WANT ALL OF US TOGETHER AGAIN!!” Yoona screamed.

Sakura smirked. Wonyoung and Yoona were puzzled when they saw Sakura’s face.

“Dad...you heard that?” Sakura called Siwon.
“That was loud enough to wake me up,” Siwon replied and he slowly get up from his bed.
“What is this?” Yoona getting confused.
“Kkura unnie...Dad...what is happening?” Wonyoung asked.
“Honey....you said you still love me, you want to be with me and you want us to be together again, you can’t take that back,” Siwon said as he removed his bandaged.

Sakura also remove the cast on her hand along with the fake make up on her face. Siwon fixed his hair and he stood facing Yoona.

“Honey....I love you too,” Siwon confessed.
“What is the meaning of all this?” Wonyoung asked.
“Well, it was all am act,” Sakura revealed.
“So, there is no accident?” Yoona needed confirmation.
“No, only fake accident,” Siwon replied.

Yoona hid her face in embarrassment and Wonyoung started hitting Sakura’s arm.

“Ahh unnie...you are so annoying! How could you did this to me?”
“Hahaha...sorry bunny, I guess this is the only way,” Sakura said.
“So you are not leaving?” 
“Nope,” Sakura shook her head.
“Then, why did you said goodbye to everyone?”
“Honestly, we planned to leave this morning, but Dad changed his mind and asked me for help, so I figured this would be a good idea to trigger Mom,” Sakura explained.
“You did the right thing!” Wonyoung hugged Sakura.

Sakura and Wonyoung then turned to Yoona who was in Siwon arms.

“I guess you both need some time, I will take bunny away for the meantime,” Sakura pulled Wonyoung out of the room.

Wonyoung resisted but Sakura’s death glared made her obeyed. 

“You can’t take back what you said,” Siwon broke the silence.
“I won’t oppa,”

Siwon smiled as he cupped Yoona’s face with both hand.

“I’m sorry for hurting you, can you forgive me?” Siwon asked.
“It was both our mistake, I’m sorry too oppa,”

Siwon planted a soft kiss on her forehead.

“Honey, will you marry me again?” Siwon proposed while showing a ring he took from his pocket.
“That is our wedding ring, you still keep it,”
“I picked it up when you threw it away,” Siwon answered.
“Oppa...”
“Yoona, will you marry me for one more time?”
“Yes...”
