Breaking Down
Description
"Unexpressed emotions will never die. They are buried alive and will come forth later in uglier ways."
- Quote from Sigmund Freud
A story about how much a person surpressed his emotions to the point where it finally breaks.
Foreword
"Honestly, I hold in a lot. When I'm upset, I don't really like to tell anyone. Especially the person who made me that way. No matter how much anyone asks, the answer will always be, "I'm fine." Even if it's not true."
- VIXX (HAKYEON)
Hello! I realised that I wrote a lot of one shots recently and I just wanted to share that I've been studying psychology these days, which is what inspired me to write this particular one shot. I kind of got this idea from this psychologist, Sigmund Freud. I'm particularly intrigued by his theories that a person behaves a certain way based on their early childhood experiences and how supressed emotions of individuals is just locked in their unconscious mind - eventually surfacing when it gets overwhelmed. So I felt that it may not be bad to base a story from his theories. Well, let's just see how things turn out?
