Today when I wokeup
I felt my arms breaking.
Why? becuase I was ing
practising for ing 2hrs
with the ing wall.
I don't even know why
I accepted to joing the
ing team!I kept kicking
the ing ball for 2hrs.
and now my body aches.
ohhhh godddddd.....
Just lay down on bed and have your arm for a cold compress. that will make the pain subside a little. be sure to due it every 4hours. i hope you'll get better. :)
