Heya guys! This is Hyemi and I thought of opening a Story Shop wherein people could requests one-shot stories! :'D

I will make one shot stories for the people that will be filling up the form below for their requests.

Before we start with the filling up, please take some time to read some of the rules~

1. Fill up the form. (People who will not submit a form and just comment below won't be counted)

2. Only one idol per person.

3. Please state where is the member from since I may switch up some names. [ eg. if you put MINHYUK only, I may mistake it as BTOB's Minhyuk, while you meant was CNBLUE's Minhyuk // A-Prince's Minhyuk.]

4. If your idol is an actor, please state it as well. :'D

5. Only one-shots.

6.. Please be patient. I'm having my intern now and may become really busy too, but I guarantee you that I will make you one. :)

7. Subscribe. (Non subscribers wont be counted)
