Description
Damien, Shing and Michael were considered best friends for life. They build their empires from scratch. Made a lot of sacrifices to get to their current status. All they wish for was successors within the family. However their children wanted different things.
Out of all the children, Myolie fell in love with Raymond since they were 16. It was the time of innocence. They knew each other very well, about their likes and dislikes. They shared a lot of memories and often got in trouble when they sneaked out of their homes to see one another. Right before college, Raymond was asked to go to New York (United States) to study Business while Myolie was asked to go to Toronto (Canada) to study Psychology and Business. Both were separated at the age of 18.
However, Ray decided to rent cars to drive up to Toronto. It was a 9 hour drive or 2 hour flight. At the time, his parents didn't agree for Ray to have relationships. Ray would break the rules for Myolie. They would visit each other about once a month until the accident.
Raymond was driving after his exams, hoping to see Myolie for a whole week. It's rare that they have a break at the same time. He wanted to maximize his time with her. He was driving at night but due to exhaustion, he drove into a ditch. When the ambulance reached him, he was pronounced in a coma. Myolie rushed to see him in the hospital. Raymond wakes up but doesn't recognize her or anything of the past. He couldn't recall anything between them even when she flashes pictures for him to see.
Soon, he stopped visiting her. No more drives, to no more phone calls and emails. He simply couldn't recall who she is and what she meant to him. Myolie decided it was best to break up after 6 months of trying. Ray wanted to move on with his life. He told her how he felt about them. He didn't want to keep looking for his past but not feel anything. So they officially broke up.

Foreword
The Lam Family:
Damien (Father) - Head of a resort business empire, would like to have his son Raymond Lam take over.
Gigi (Mother) - Enjoys staying at home for her kids but now they are all grown up, she wants to find meaningful work. She used to be a singer.
Raymond Lam (Son) - Graduated Business School, used to date Myolie before his car accident but due to memory loss, that's the reason why they broke up.
Leila (Daughter) - Attending college. Planning to become a teacher but her father disapproves. She has a crush on Bosco.
The Wu Family:
Shing (Father) - He owns a tour guide business and jewelry business. He runs both empires very well. He wants Myolie to quit her job to join him.
Louise (Mother) - She owns her flower shop as she keeps herself busy while her husband is busy running his businesses.
Christine (Aunt) - lives in an apartment with Myolie because Myolie doesn't get along with her father. She is currently an actress with TVB.
Myolie Wu (Daughter) - She is trying to run her own business which is a Marketing firm that helps business owners come up with advertising, branding and ideas for commercial.
The Wong Family:
Michael (Father)- Boss of jewelry company that helps the Wu Family and very good friends with Damien. All three kept close connections.
Sheren (Mother) - A Jewelry Designer and best friends with Louise and Gi Gi. Enjoys having lunch with them but she doesn't like Christine.
Bosco Wong (Son) - Advertising Agency that attracts new models and actresses. He focuses on working for TVB for commercials. He's the man that shoots advertisements but he has a hobbie in playing volleyball and badminton.
Ron (Son) - A friend of Raymonds but Bosco's brother who recently graduated Law School. Returning back to Hong Kong to help his father's business and become their corporate lawyer.
Michelle (Daughter) - becomes a Jewelry designer for her father's company. She's Myolie's best friend but also falls in love with Raymond.
Other:
Moses Chan - Partner of Myolie Wu's marketing company, also CEO who represents her company. He's her best friend at work.
Tavia - TVB's CEO, friends of Myolie because they went to school together in Toronto.
Kenny - A richman who invested a lot in the stocks, loses everything but falls in love with Christine. Meanwhile, he opens a clothing business for christine and is a friend of Damien and Shing.
