MINJEONG'S POV:

"Ano sa tingin nyo ang ginagawa nyo?" I asked the Legal department. 

"Alam nyo ba kung ano ang mga yan?" At pinakita sa kanila ang slides na naka-project sa wide screen. 

"These are all the issues, fake rumors, death threats, rude articles, malicious comments and those anonymous people who ualized our idols. Ito yung mga natanggap ng mga idols natin ngayong taon. This year lang yan at hindi pa natatapos ang buong taon, pero ganyan na kadami ang mga issues na lumalabas? Anong klaseng trabaho ba ang ginagawa nyo? Bakit hindi nyo magawang protektahan ang mga idols natin? Why are you not taking legal actions against those people huh? Bakit nagbabayad pa ng private lawyers ang mga idols natin just to protect themselves, when we have a legal department? This is supposed to be your jobs! Anong klaseng mga tao kayo? Imbes na gumawa kayo ng paraan to resolve those issues and to give them justice, ay instead pinag pu-public apology nyo ang mga idols natin? I reviewed some of those articles and comments, at wala manlang response from SM entertainment. Where are you, when they needed you the most? Gusto nyo bang I disolve ko itong department na 'to, since wala naman kayong silbi huh? Sayang lang ang perang pinapa-sahod sa inyo ng kumpanya, since you guys are very incompetent. I am very disappointed with you. Nakakahiya kayo. This is not supposed to happen." Mahabang litanya ko. 

Wala pang isang oras simula nang mag-umpisa ang meeting ko with the legal department. This is my first scheduled meeting sa lahat ng departments na meron ang kumpanya, pero parang sasabog na ako sa galit. Pinipigilan ko lang talaga ang sarili ko. Pero kasi, kuhang-kuha talaga nila yung inis at galit ko eh. 

"Mr. Choi, you are the head of this department. Can you explain to me kung bakit ganito ang ginagawa nyo? Bigyan mo ako ng rason kung bakit kayo palpak mag trabaho. Siguraduhin mo lang na magsasabi ka ng totoo. Dahil once na malaman ko na nagsisinungaling ka, hindi mo magugustuhan kung anong pwede kong gawin." I said. 

"C-CEO Kim.. Gusto talaga namin gumawa ng legal actions, p-pero hindi kami pinapayagang mag file ng lawsuits." Mr. Choi said. 

"Who? Sino ang tao na yan? Give me the name of that person." Galit kong saad.

"S-Si Mr. Sooman Lee po. O-Our previous CEO." Nauutal nyang saad.

Napa-palatak naman ako sa narinig. 

"Are you sure about that?" I asked him. 

"Yes, CEO. Kim." He said. 

"Tsk. What an ." Saad ko. 

I can't believe na ganito ang ginagawa nya sa mga idols namin. Hindi ba aware ang parents ko na they trusted the company sa isang walang kwentang tao? I will add Sooman Lee to my list. I need to investigate him. 

"From now on, I want all of you to work your asses off. Exert extra efforts and make up for what you did. I want you all to protect our idols. Ayaw ko na pipiliin nyo lang kung sino ang gusto nyong asikasuhin. No favorites, no biases. Walang boy or girl group. Walang senior or rookie. Pantay-pantay ang lahat when it comes to justice. They are our assets in this company. Kung wala sila ay wala ding SM entertainment na nagpapasahod sa inyo. Please, compile all those issues na pwede pang maayos. Gather all the evidences that we need. If someone posted something that may hurt our idols, take action against them. Warn them. And if hindi pa din sila natinag, file a lawsuit against them. I don't want to hear any excuses from you. I want justice for everyone. Not only to our idols, but to all the employees of SM entertainment. You are all under my wings now. At kung sino man ang manakit sa mga empleyado ko ay hindi ko mapapatawad. I will give you all a chance to prove yourselves to me. Tama na na isang beses ko kayong masasabihan ng ganito. So please, do your job well. Because if not, wala akong choice kundi ang tanggalin kayo. Madaming naghahangad na mag trabaho sa kumpanya na mas competent sa inyo. Don't make me do that. Understood?"
