Closer

Description

Song-Yi is another rookie idol, who was just added to AOA as the new youngest. She instantly became popular for her looks and friendly personality and becomes labeled the "hot topic" since everyone is interested in what she's doing.

When Song-Yi is introduced to the members of iKon by Bobby, Hanbin is distant and uninterested. Song-Yi has always been curious what type of person he was, he was always the hardest to figure out - even as a fan.

Song-Yi and Hanbin find themselves meeting in unexpected places and begin a friendship in the mist of difficult times for the rookies. Will they find themselves understanding and trusting each other or distancing themselves because of rumors and articles?

(This is my first fanfiction but I intend on making it a very full, realistic, and extensive one. I'm writing this coming from my own interests about Hanbin since I do kind of think he is a mystery. I really hope you guys enjoy this with me and leave me comments on your opinions, thoughts, questions, or what you hope will happen. Thanks!)

Foreword

"Ne, Oma. I'm fine!... I miss you too. I'll call you later, I'm a very busy person now! Haha, I love you, bye," you say as you hang up the phone with your mom.

You're sitting on your bed in the dorm and Choa comes in to the room and reaches into her bag on the bed next to yours. "Your mom?" she asks.

"Mm. She misses you guys a lot. I miss her food."

"She's sweet. And I miss her food too. Actually, I miss any type of food, do you want to go eat? I was just looking for my phone to call up some friends."

You're a little surprised but agree to go. You two get ready together after she sets the plans. Choa-unnie has been closest to you since your joining. She has a fun yet kind personality that has made it all the easier. The rest of the members... You're still adjusting to.

You guys leave the bed room and head towards the door. "Unnie, do any of the other members want to go?" you ask, worried that you going out without them would make them uncomfortable.

"Aniya, it's okay, I asked earlier. They wanted to stay in tonight. It's just us, Songyi-ah!" You sigh and put on your black sneakers with your black skinny jeans.

The driver was waiting upfront and we got into the van. "Songyi-ah. Is there anyone you want to meet tonight?" she said with a smirk.

You get a little flustered. "Unnie, I can't, and I really shouldn't."

"Alright. You need to focus right now, I see. Well, maybe we can just introduce you to some new friends then."

You guys arrive at the barbecue restaurant to see some choreographers you've been before and Bobby from iKon standing outside waiting.

Choa puts her arm around your shoulder and walks you towards them. "Annyeong, you guys met Songyi, right?"

"Annyeonghasseyo," you bow and shake everyone's hands. When you get to Bobby, he continues holding your hands and stops you at the eyes.

"Makne, right? How old are you?"

"18," you said politely.

"Ahh. She's prettier in person," he says to Choa. "Cha, let's go in and eat!"
