Artsy Asian Crew(AAC) is very fortunate to be partners with AFF as of 2010. For those who don't know who we are, AAC is a graphic site that commits to design posters for fanfic authors. Because of our alliance with AFF, all requests from AFF users at AAC will receive priorities to get their requests done first before AAC's other requests which are from other communities. Before this alliance, AAC have already been receiving a lot of love from AFF and we're extremely thrilled about it. AAC will continue to work hard and provide authors their very own significant posters.

HOW TO REQUEST ! 

STEP ONE

If you don't mind going through a few steps that will only take you about 5-10 minutes.  here is how you can request at AAC. 

 

go to artsyasiancrew.kyseria.com 

 

On the left sidebar  under Navigation click on REQUEST GRAPHIC

 

Read ALL the rules thoroughly word by word and it should give you two sets of informations.

 

After that click on Proceed at the very bottom and fill in the informations that you are being asked.

 

 

STEP TWO

We've provided an explanation on how to fill out our request form and we HIGHLY ENCOURAGE requester to read it. so please do read it and it will provide you another two sets of informations. 

 

After you're done reading click on PROCEED once again and enter the informations being asked. 

 

STEP THREE

 

and lastly please fill out the form accordingly and click submit ^^ We will send you a notification when we've received your request.

PRIORITIES 

As mentioned above AFF requesters will received priority to get their posters finished first. And here is a detailed explanation of how this works. When we say that we will get your poster done first that does not mean we will drop requests that was sent in 3 weeks before yours to make your poster. 

 

We will do all AFF requests from each week's batch first even though they may be sent in later. 

 

So here is an example for better understanding. 

 

Let say AAC received 10 requests this week. 

4 is from AFF

3 is from Winglin

3 is from other forums / communities.

 

And the 4 AFF requests were sent in last in terms of the day that we received it that week. 

But AAC will do those 4 AFF requests first before we do the other 6 requests from winglin and other sites. 

All of that is just for that particular week, requests from the previous week will have their own order and batch in the order of 

AFF requests THEN winglin and other communities' request.
