So... y'know how I was saying that I've been working dilligently on the next update? Well, during the editing process of my original 5k, I somehow managed to end up with 9224 words. I don't even understand how this happened!! lmao

I'm contemplating if I should cut the chapter in half and just really polish the first 5k words, and then post the second half a little after. At least then I'll have a quick, short update for you guys that I know will be readable. I'm not 100% sure if this is the direction that I should be going with the story, anyway. My first draft started out the same way, but ended differently. Even though I'm confident that I could write around this and continue what follows this new ending, I'm worried that it will feel forced, or out of place. I'm not really sure that I can continue as easily with the original ending that I had been planning, but it might be better? 

I guess I'm worrying because it's a bit of a cliché idea. OTL I try to keep things fresh and interesting, but my muse was just like, "Original? HA! Screw that. We're doing this instead." lmao 

So the second half of the chapter has to do with Kyuhyun and Yesung. I'm thinking during this scene I can try my hand at the first descriptive scene in the story. We've hinted at things before—and passively mentioned things, too, but this could be a chance to have stuff actually happen. You guys keep saying that's what you want in the story, right? s? XD I dunno, yet, though. What do you guys think? Since it's not really my forté to write -, it might be... bad, I dunno hahaha. Would you be willing to read that anyway? I don't want it to ruin the story.

Here's a quick taste from the second half of the chapter:

Unknown to him, that voice was doing terrible things to Yesung’s chest; making his heart accelerate as he stared at the way the plump, pink lips moved when they spoke. He stared at their gleam in the dark light; the way they pressed together and opened, exulting such a terribly wonderful melody that churned his insides around.

 

“Can I kiss you?” He blurted out, moving to sit on the mattress near the taller male. Kyuhyun’s eyes blinked rapidly, looking around the room before settling on the relaxed face of his lover once more.

 

“What?”

 

Yesung chuckled, leaning close enough to stare at the beautiful haze of colors that swirled in his lover’s dark eyes. “I want to kiss you.” He repeated, waiting for permission to devour those delicious looking lips.

“Because he gave me an indirect excuse to kiss you senseless.” Dipping his head, Yesung pressed warm, wet lips against unprepared ones. He kissed gently, moving his lips and tilting his head, relishing in the sweet taste of his lover against his mouth.

 

Kyuhyun tried to fight the motion—tried to gently push away and speak; but Yesung was relentless, slowly tearing down his apprehension and worry of consequence with each teasing slide of flesh over his own. A warm tongue zippered across the seam of his lips, and he lost all sense of unease.

Raising hands to trail up the arms of his intoxicated lover, the supernatural male groaned; closing his eyes as he tasted the wine on the tongue as it slid around his own. He concentrated on breathing, certain that the raven would achieve kissing him senseless before long.

Tiny fingers reached under the red nightshirt, spreading palms wide as they traced over the pale abdomen and lifted the material as they went. The intoxicated male moaned, kissing needily against the inviting lips that seemed to devour his own.

Yesung suddenly pulled back, drinking in the sight of his lover beneath his grasp. He started to undo the front of the robe; already displaying half his chest.

“What are you doing?” Kyuhyun whispered, content hands sliding inside the exposed front of the robe, running up around the shorter’s ribs. The gentle motion sent rushes of pleasure throughout the raven's warm body, and he sighed at the cool hands moving over his skin.

“Seducing you?” Yesung grumbled under his breath, biting his bottom lip as he looked down at the dark eyes that had him transfixed.
