I looked around the apartment for one last time. My eyes landed on the huge white teddy bear he gave to me. He gave it to me while apologizing for cheating. Next to it lay the twinkling silver heart necklace I had placed back neatly back into its case. He gave it to me while apologizing for cheating. I glanced next to it to see the picture of us while skiing, sitting on the coffee table. Smiling happily. Back when he didn't need to apologize for cheating.

I forced my eyes to tear away from the picture as I swallowed the lump in my throat. I took a deep breath and closed my eyes. I'm going to do it. I'm going to finally leave. With my ice cold hands I grasped the bags laying beside me. I used my free hand to reach for the door when it opened. A pair of shoes appeared on the floor.

"Where are you going."

My eyes followed up the person's body to see Myungsoo's gorgeous face. Myungsoo? My first boyfriend? My soulmate? My everything? The only one I could trust? No. He's my ex- now.

"I have to go," I managed to get out of my hoarse throat. I picked up the bags once again when Myungsoo walked forward slowly and put his arms around me. I dropped the bags.

"What are you talking about? Go? Go where?" Myungsoo whispered.

"Where were you?" I asked, avoiding the question. He didn't smell like Myungsoo. He smelled like perfume. Not my perfume, not his cologne. There wasn't any warmth to his hugs anymore. He was simply just wrapping his arms around me.

"Out," Myungsoo answered.

"Your always out." I gently pushed him off.

"Your not leaving," Myungsoo grabbed for the bags but I pushed his hands away.

"I want to. I can't stand this anymore," I sighed.

"Don't do this," he said. I ignored him.

"I love you," he tried to convince me like he did a thousand times before.

"I'm not falling for that anymore," I said, "You don't love me." I looked into his killer eyes for the first time that night. They looked panicked. I scoffed. He took acting in college, of course he knew how to act all this out.

"Seohyun... Don't leave me," Myungsoo pleaded, "Don't go."

"Why." I said with a flat tone. Myungsoo looked taken aback all of a sudden. For 2 out of the 7 years we dated, I tolerated his cheating with a few "It's alright"s and "As long as you don't do it again"s but this time I was serious about leaving. A girl has to protect her heart. Especially if that's one of the little things she has left.

"I said I love you!" Myungsoo yelled, "What am I supposed to do without you? You can't just leave me like this." He reached up and the side of my face. How many other girls had he touched with this dirty hand?

"Have you ever loved? Have you ever really loved? If you loved me you wouldn't be cheating on me every night. And why can't I leave you? You were the one that left me first," I told Myungsoo, matching eyes with him.

"What are you talking about? I'm right here. I'M RIGHT HERE FOR YOU!" Myungsoo hollered.

"Your body's here," I reached up and wiped the tear from his eye, "Your heart isn't."

Just then, Myungsoo tore my hand away from his face and slammed his lips against mine. I felt weak again and I felt butterflies in my stomach like the first time we kissed. I broke from the kiss first and stared into his fiery brown orbs. He whispered, "I love you. So so much."

Maybe I should stay... He loves me this much, right?
