Summary: Baekhyun is in his room the day the U-Haul rolled in. He somewhat felt sad, knowing that the sweet old lady who’d been living next door would no longer be his neighbor; knowing that she was gone now and that the homely two-story house had been passed down to her grandson. In the back of his mind, seventeen year old Baekhyun knew that spying on people was wrong, but the teenager didn’t really care about morals anyway so he quickly clambered off his messy bed, on hands and knees as he crawled over to the window to peek. And just like that, the rest of the afternoon is spent spying on his new neighbor. 

Baekhyun feels his throat dry up at the sight of his neighbor slowly undressing; faint lines of toned muscle flexing as the tall man yanked his shirt off. The teenager can’t help but let out a whine. As his neighbor disappears from his line of vision through their paralleled windows, Baekhyun’s insides clench and his skinny jeans become impossibly tight.
