[150719] It's official. Adore U promotions ended today. They had their last performance at Inkigayo and they even held a little outdoor fanmeeting as well.

Joshua bumps into Caitlin while trying to get away from fans.

Joshua's POV:

81. 82. 83. 84. 85. 86. 87. 88. 89. 90... Skip a few... 100!

Roughly one hundred (1oo) bicycle crunches later, my legs gave out. My arms soon following after. My core (abs) were worked to the point of exhaustion. I stayed laying down on the grounding, panting, heavily breathing.

Adore U promotions ended just a few days ago and the Seventeen members have already started to prepare for our next comeback. Woozi has already written the lyrics for some of our songs and started rearranging the music. The hip hop unit is in the process of writing their own rap lyrics. Hoshi and Dino began making the choreography for our next single. The vocal unit has also been writing lyrics, along with myself.

But all us are required to exercise and work out our body for our next comeback... Just kidding! We don't even know what our next concept is, let alone how to get ready for it. According to our contact, we're all required to stay 'fit' and healthy though.

These days, I've been working on my abdominal muscles (abs). People are surprised of my skinny figure but I really do have good abdominal strength. If you watch Seventeen's predebut showcases, there was one episode where I showed the audience how I could walk on a handstand. I didn't flash anybody, don't worry. We're not quite ready to show off anything.

Once I got my breath back, I was able to sit up and drink the water bottle I brought to the gym with me. The last quater (one fourth) of the water was used to pour over my head to cool me down. The heat from my body was replaced by the cold water running down my body. I wiped myself off with my towel and swung it around my neck after I was done.

I stood up and made my way out the door, throwing away my empty water bottle in the trash can before leaving. I made a turn, leading me to the main entrance where the door was. Through the windows, I saw people crowding the front entrance with cameras and phones, flashing lights blinding my eyes.

Shoot. How did they know I was here?

I back tracked my steps and turned around, walking the opposite direction. I didn't want to waste time so I ran to the back door. I ope
