It’s a good day.

It’s a very good day for Irene Bae.

She just finished a day with nothing but Seulgi beside her. She relishes the feeling. Days spent with her girlfriend were the best in her account. Aside from being back in Daegu, she always looked forward to spend quality time with her girlfriend. Irene steps into the dorm with her arm around Seulgi’s. They have just come back from watching a movie and she was really looking forward for more intimate moments as they got home. The girls did give the much needed space and chance. It was something Irene was very thankful for. The mood changes, however, as she finds the other three girls sitting on the floor reading something on Wendy’s tablet. It was usual alright. But Chanyeol was sitting with them.

Suddenly, Seulgi gets a phone call so she withdrew her arm taking it in private. Irene trusts her so instead of eavesdropping she walks towards the living room.

She notices that Chanyeol is also talking with someone on Skype.

What are these kids up to?

“Love I need to go out. That was Seungyeon, Jeungyeon got into an accident. She arrives today.”

Upon hearing the name, the people in the living room had their eyes on Seulgi who was now texting someone on the phone.

Irene could hear Chanyeol mumble things but they weren’t in Korean. Of course she was curious about what the satan spawns are up to but she had to tend to Seulgi first. Her girlfriend was about to leave and their manager just left for home.

“Chanyeol’s here. Maybe we can take you.” She suggests.

She wouldn’t do anything less but accompany her girlfriend. Who knows what rumor the sight can come to?

“It’s okay Hyunnie, Tzuyu is already downstairs with their manager.”

“EHHHHHH!!!” The people in the living room stood up abruptly with wide eyes.

The couple could only frown in confusion but really had Seulgi had to leave.

Seungyeon and Jeungyeon are really important to her. That much, Irene knows she had to understand.

She kisses Irene’s lips before leaving to meet up with Tzuyu downstairs.

Once the door closed, Hell Bae was released.

“Now tell me what’s going on because I know there is something.”

Chanyeol looked down on the girls who merely looked back at him. He shrugs and earns Wendy’s nod.

Two words

Well they seemed like two words.

After a few chapters, Irene was red all over and she seemed constipated in the girls’ eyes. Chanyeol was already hiding behind Joy for cover as the last translation was explained. They see veins about to pop on Irene’s temple. Her eyes formed slits.

Bae Joohyun is in a bad mood.

Wendy read a story to her once titled ‘Hitting the Moon.’ It was fine because till the end, Seulgi loved Irene. But this one, this one was different. This seemed like it was Tzuyu all the way and Irene only gets to be with her girlfriend in the end.

It doesn’t help that the author was keeping the TzuGi moments abundant and sweet.

Irene cringes and stands up.

She pulls out her phone and immediately calls her girlfriend.

Her girlfriend incidentally who got picked up by Chou Tzuyu

“Hello?”

“Are you going home yet?”

“We are on our way. We will just stop for some ramen.”

“We?”

“Oh, Tzuyu wanted to treat me to some, Jeungyeon’s request.”

“You should have waited. We could have taken a cab to get to the ramen place we love.”

“I’m taking it to go. No way that I’m eating this without you. Dahyun really wanted some too so I took them to our Ramen place. We’ll be there soon.”

“So Dahyun is with you too?”

“Yes.”

“Okay. Love you.”

“Love you too.”

The phone call ends and Irene finds the rest of the kids gawking at her. She raised one eyebrow and waved her phone.

“See? There’s nothing to worry about. My girlfriend is still mine.”

Seulgi arrives to the empty living room. Chanyeol had already gone back to their dorm and the other girls didn’t need to be asked twice to give Irene and Seulgi some privacy. Joy even offered her bed so the older girl can spend more time with her girlfriend.

Irene starts to walk over to her as she closes the door. Irene immediately opens her arms to pull Seulgi into a kiss. The Red Velvet Bear smiles and puts down the food in her hand to pull Irene closer.

“You took a while…”

“Sorry, the girls really liked the place so they had a hard time choosing. I bought you your favorite by the way.”

“Come on let’s eat.”

“Anything interesting happened while I was away?” Seulgi asks as she prepares the plates in the kitchen counter.

Sari-Sari happened.

“Nothing, Love. We should eat. I don’t want to let good food go to waste.”

The next day arrives and Irene feels refreshed as ever. She slowly turns to her side to find Seulgi still fast asleep. Her lips touch the younger girl’s jaw line making her stir. Once those eyes opened, Irene could swear that there was nothing but love in those brown orbs.

“Good morning…” Seulgi smiles and kisses Irene’s temple.

They held each other for a few more minutes before coming out to see their managers already in the living room.

“New schedules…” Wendy says it with a tone that Irene recognizes.

As the Bear proceeds to the kitchen, Irene finds something written for Seulgi.
