OH MY GOD! Thank you guys so much for getting this story featured!! Honestly I love ALL of your comments so much- I'm sorry if I don't reply to yours, haha, I'm trying to go through all of them but they're taking a while!! I LOVE YOU GUYS!!

I realized that I didn't do fic reccs for this story (I usually do them when I finish stories). I haven't been reading fanfics lately, so I'm going to rec a few ones that are old but AMAZING (this is gonna be kinda long haha!). I'm separating them into 2 categories that aren't determined by how good they are (just because a fic is in one category doesn't mean it's better than a fic in another category). 

Light Reading: 

Fics to read if you need some cheering up, if you want to giggle and squeal and mildly freak out. These are some really cool fics! They may contain serious themes in some parts, but as a whole, they're pretty casual reading.

Shattered (Klassika): There's something about this story- the wonderful details, the absolutely chilling nature of the world that Kai and the OC are trapped in, and the mystery and terror that's so well portrayed- that gives me the chills (in a good way). I absolutely love this story! Like... I felt legitimately emotionally attached to the characters. At the end- well, I'm not spoiling anything :) 

Dirty y Money (aeru): SO. FREAKING. CUTE! It's really well-written and funny as - I literally have started laughing aloud because of this fanfic!! And omg it's perfect it literally fits into all my favorite tropes (hate-to-love relationship, used-to-be-friends-but-then-turned-into-enemies, first-love, etc).  LAY IS MY BAE LMFAOOOO DEAD I LOVE HIM.

When Push Comes to Shove (ArtisticSeoul): An adorable Chen oneshot!!! This always makes me smile! :) 

You Can't Control Me (Sriracha31): What I love about that fanfic is that the main character is hella strong and so realistic. She doesn't fall for the male lead within 3 chapters- their relationship develops over the course of time and when they finally get together it's like YESS!!! It's a great story haha.

In the Middle: Anything by Kokopelli!!! I especially love Master of the House and The Caged Bird!

Serious Reading: 

Please, please, please read these fics. These are so important. Reading these stories helped me mature as a person, and realize the problematic elements of a lot of tropes common not only in fanfiction but in the world as well. These changed my perspective on so many things.

Poison in a Crystal Cup (itsabbiesworld): I read this story about 2 years ago, and holy ... it's AMAZING. It's truly chilling. It depicts the dark side of the industry and abusive relationships, and has multifaceted characters with depth and oh my goodness, it's great.

The White Room (Wolfkid): Absolutely no words to describe how wonderful this fic is. I love how well the characters are portrayed- and holy , they stay so true to their personalities. This fic certainly isn't all sunshine and daisies and "we love each other so everything will be fine!!!! :)". 

Lie to Me (supa-lover): This fanfic ed me up. Bad. I remember I was reading this when it was still ongoing, and... lol. I can't even say anything else because I don't want to spoil anything. Oh, my god. I can't even.... oh my goodness.

Agony (xoxkwonlover): SO GOOD..... and like oh my god.... this fanfiction ed me up. Like.... it was disgusting how Jiyoung treated the girl. And like... oh, god. I remember I stayed up until like 4:30 or 5 AM reading this. It's scary as , honestly. 

Act of Obsession (JuneinAutumn): I read this story when I was 14, when I thought those stories about hot guys kidnapping you/stalking you because they were in love with you were so romantic. And then I read this story. It changed my perspective on so many things. If you don't read any other fic, please read this one, at least. This fic is so important. If you haven't read it already, you absolutely need to. It deconstructs the whole "Stockholm Syndrome" trope. Oh my god. Ahh. This ed me up so much.

Finally..... thank you guys again, haha. I've been pretty bummed out because I got deferred from my top choice college (Wharton @ Univ of Pennsylvania) and I've been draking for the past day xD i have, like, writer's block.... and i can't do crap. like i literally dont know what to do LMFAO. yeah...... ehh. blegh. fml.
