Being part of a family is a huge responsibility and for the first time in his life Key is starting to understand what that means. There are so many different personalities, thoughts and opinions, and feelings to consider in every aspect of his new life that for awhile it almost seemed as if he would be lost in the mixture. It's rather fortunate that his new family is combined of those who were once just like him; lost and searching for somewhere to belong.
